Our June weight loss challenge was a HUGE success… as a team we have lost an incredible 1134 pounds! In June we have lost a total of 81 stones and SMASHED the May total of 59! I’ve only been on the plan for a week but recorded all my measurements on day 1… I intend to measure once a month as I think seeing the tape shrink will be as much incentive as seeing the scales drop!
In just one week I have lost 12 lbs – 4cm from my waist and 4cm from my hips… Crikey, wasn’t expecting that..!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

After my first weigh in I measured too mad had lost 11cm from my waist. Can’t wait till next weigh in on sat to see some more results. Feeling way more comfortable in my clothes already.
That’s it the inches are just as good as the lbs … seeing the inches disappearing make me feel better as well 😀
Well all I can say is I’ve falling in love all over again. I’m seriously loving the ny diet. I’m Totaly in the zone after quiet a few false starts I’m nearly 2 weeks 100%. I tryed on my wedding dress during the week and need to loose at least another stone or little bit more and I know wit the help of the ss group and ny diet I’ll get there and new you will make me a very very happy bride. I can’t believe I’m nearly 2 weeks 10o% I’m so proud of myself and it’s not been easy cos work has been so stressful and then home listen to ppl telling me this diet is no gud for me and I’ll put on all the weight again. Well I’m goin to show them all. Thank you new you

i have lost about 12 inches of my waist, 10 odd bust,and hips now around 38 from 50 havent measured for a while but ive lost half of me so im half the woman i used to be and twice as happy xx

I have just measured myself and am over the moon i have lost in total of 58cm happy days

I haven’t measured myself since starting the plan in January I decided to go by my dropping clothes size and also the distance from my tummy to my steering wheel lol.

Not too sure about inch loss and I’m going to wait a while before measuring but I’ve gone from a 16 to loose 14 so not bad I reckon 🙂

only started on Monday this week but have recorded all inches and weight !!!!! things can only get better,,,

check my inches every month . i’ve lost 7.5 ” from my bust , finally able to buy bra’s anywhere !!
8.5 ” from my waist and 3” from my hips .
feel a very odd shape at the moment as bum looks even bigger but i know it wont be for long .
all my other measurements , arms , thighs etc..are going down too so very happy .
am putting clothes in the charity box on an almost daily basis .
best was when i finally emptied the ironing basket and half of it went straight in the ” box ” 🙂

I’m on the plan since March the 8th and ive lost over 3 stone!!Unfortunately I never recorded my waist but I know I have dropped 2 Jean sizes and 3 sizes on top 🙂 best plan ever!!!xxxx <3 xxxx

I haven’t used your diet yet, but if I won this prize I definitely would record the inches. I need to lose quite a few and I feel recording inch loss is another method to keep motivated.

Wowee….gone from a “snug” size 18 to a “snug” size 12 in less than two months, 18cm off my waist! Getting a shape again, although I did have one before….round!

I started the New You after reading my notes after surgery and they had put that I was obese! Was not happy so started the plan to become healthier. Not anymore I do the diet for myself now as it makes me feel great. I measure my loss by my clothes and how I feel on weigh in day! But have lost 2stone in 7 weeks and 4 in from my waist and 4 ins from my hips have gone down a dress size not as much as other people but it makes me smile every morning 🙂
Well done Emma and don’t worry about what others are loosing, everyone is different and as long as it makes you happy that’s all that matters 🙂
I have lost 4 inches on my waist wince i started!!! woo Hoo!!! I can now definitely feel it in the clothes….

just finished day 3 so no weighing for me until Monday, but still very strong and focused. Till Monday

It’s really important to measure your loss in cm as well as lb! Especially for those who are working out!
In my first week I have lost 9lb and a total of 30cm across all measurements (arms, legs, bust, chest, waist and hips!)

helo aim awaiting for my items to come, and so excited. at the weekend i did a charity run, or shall i say walk for cancer research my sis jogged it next year iam detrmand to jog it to in itty bitty shorts, and to record my measurements to spur me on.

I did not measure myself as I have had so many false starts since January. On day 3 again today. I think I will measure myself on my first weigh in and see how I get on.
