Hey EVERYONE,

We hope you are all KILLING the 21 Day Summer Blast off Challenge!! Lisa updated the leaderboard on Sunday evening. We now have 178 entrants into the Challenge and already our total weightloss is 21.5 stone. WOOHOO!!! WELL DONE EVERYONE!!

Today is our Teams Tip Tuesday -> How many products should you be taking and why?!!!!

It seems to be a confusing subject when talking about the who,what,where,when,why and how to take your products. Today we want to concentrate on making this simple for you.  These questions are so common and we want you to get the best results out of The New You Plan.

We have such a variety of different products and these basically split into two categories, Total food Replacement and Snacks. What is the difference? … TFR stands for Total Food Replacement and if you have the recommended four items per day you will be getting 100% of your recomended daily allowance of minerals and vitamins, as well as ensuring you have a healthy balance of carbs, fats and protein 🙂

The Snacks are there for the odd occasion when you have an additional treat and are handy for people who a refeeding and use them as a healthy snack as part of a balanced diet.

The next thing is to identify the difference between TFR and Snacks when ordering. Quite simply the easiest way to do this is open any of the bundle offers on our website. Anything from the top down to the “Snacks” section is TFR and anything under the “Snacks” heading is a snack.

One of the most common questions is – is an additional product going to affect my weight loss. The answer to this simply is – if you have a particularly active day or are starting out and struggling to stay on track and additional item will mean additional calories but will help to ensure that you stay on track and dont break the diet. The additional item will not add too much to your calorie count and is ketogenic.

Another question we are asked is which items are VLCD – and we are happy to say that all of our products are suitable for a very low calorie diet.

If you join us later in the week we will run through some idea’s for a menu plan. This is more important for those of you who are thinking of starting the plan or who have just recently joined and are a little unsure of the way you should be planning your meals.
