Is TFR for me? Yes…I have 6 B’s. However, question 2a rings a bell with me.
I don’t panic, but when I am wearing ‘the dress’ and I know I have ‘bulges’ I get concerned about how obviously overweight I must look, and there I am squeezed into a dress a size too small for me – when really the dress is fine, its just me thats fat.
I really need to discipline myself and just do it – stick to the plan. TFR works, it has worked for me before…but I get lazy and drop the ball on myself. I am however determined to lose at least 16lbs November and 8lbs in December.
