hi I have all my shakes and meals I did it for a couple of weeks
but couldn’t get back on it I am suffering really bad with my
menapouse. I am back on it from today 20.11.23 and going to
really try and stick to it I did loose 5 lb last time and could really
tell I am also going to join the gym and do some weight training
for upper body I am hopping that it will help with my aching boans
I will keep you all informed with my progress
