      HI THERE JUST STARTED MY NEW yOU PLAN TODAY HAD A CHOCOLATE SHAKE AT BREAKFAST AND A CHICKEN SOUP FOR LUNCH AND THEY BOTH TASTED BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. JUST WONDERED IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC TIME INTERVAL BETWEEN MEALS THAT IS BETTER TO ADOPT AND ALSO IT SAYS 3 to 4 sachets a day for a female what do most people take??
