Welcome to my Day 15 🙂

WOOHOO!! Its my week 2 weigh in day and I am really really nervous, even though I have been so strict all week with a little bug at the weekend. I am feeling so much better within my self from starting the gym to feeling a lot healthier. I am feeling so much slimmer a lot less bloated and it feelings soooo good 🙂 My skin is so much clearer and basically I am just loving life 🙂

Starting the gym I have to say was a really good decision, I have scheduled myself to go three times a week for 1.5 hours and I am actaully looking to go more than this I am wishing on my days off that I was in the gym working out??? Like really??? What is wrong/or right with me. It feels right though and I am so positive… Yayyy 🙂

Make sure you watch my video today to see how much I have lost this week and how much my BMI has went down.  I am now ready to begin my week 3 and I am going to try extra hard this week to get another good number on the scales really loving life at the minute and I am feeling so motivated with my weight loss, my job, my social life and even my exercising I feel like I am in such a good place at the moment and it is really helping me on my New You Journey!
