This year we have also allocated £48,000 worth of New You products to give away to our customers. So while you are losing weight you can also diet for free, simply by sharing your journey on social media. Every month we are giving away up to £4000 worth of products. Simply tag us in your social media posts and if we love it and use it, you will WIN FREE PRODUCTS.

Losing weight is down to you, but we have done EVERYTHING we can to make it as easy, enjoyable and mindset changing as possible.

We are daring you to get out of your comfort zone and get social. Whether you’re a TikTok novice or Instagram legend, we are encouraging everyone to get online and share their weight loss journey with the world. Here’s How You Can Get Involved & DIET FOR FREE This Year…

1. GET SOCIAL: SHARE YOUR NEW YOU JOURNEY ONLINE & DIET FOR FREE

This year, we want to really get involved in our customers’ journeys, which is why we are encouraging you to get online and share as much of your time on plan, as possible.

As well as being a part of your story, by sharing your progress you will be making yourself accountable. Whether you share from your personal account, or set up a new one, get on social media and inspire others with your journey.

Whether it’s mixing up a shake in the morning, going live with your weekly weigh-ins or sharing how being on the plan is making you feel, by getting involved, you could diet for free.

Every month, we will choose our favourite poster on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, with each person receiving 2 weeks’ worth of New You Plan products. Plus, we are also offering the opportunity for up to 5 people a year to become a New You Plan Ambassador, where customers will receive up to 3 months’ worth of New You products for sharing their journey online. 

To win our sponsorship, our favourite accounts should have a good following and engagement OR, create very high quality content, which we love and we deem shareable with our followers.

If you’re new to all of this, don’t panic. We have teamed up with Northern Ireland Social Media Awards ‘Family Influencer of the Year’, who has created an easy to follow guide, packed full of top tips for getting started on social media, as well as how to get noticed, get followers and get sharing.

2. SHARE YOUR SELFIES & PRODUCT PHOTOS

We love nothing more than seeing our customers’ bright, happy faces. Often, when we are unhappy with our weight, we shy away from the camera. But, our customers have told us that as they start losing weight, their confidence grows and they finally feel comfortable taking selfies.

We also love seeing our products being enjoyed! Whether it’s at home, out and about or somewhere special, we want to see your New You meal creations.

This year, we have allocated a MASSIVE £10,000 worth of New You products to our selfie and product photo winners. All you have to do is take a selfie with any New You Plan product or a photo of our product on its own, with our branding clearly visible, and post it to your public Facebook, TikTok or Instagram profiles, with the hashtag #newyouplan or #dietforfree for your chance to win. You can also post these in our Secret Slimmers Facebook group. 

If we love your selfie or product photo and use it, you can diet for FREE. Up to 20 photos a month will be chosen, with the winners each receiving 5 days’ worth of New You products.

There is no limit on entries so share as many as you like for a bigger chance to WIN!

3. SUBMIT A VIDEO

As well as seeing your weight loss journey, we LOVE hearing about it. This year, you could diet for FREE, simply by sharing a video, talking about our plan. 

You can either share this on your personal Youtube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook profiles with the hashtag #newyouplan or #dietforfree, in our Secret Slimmers Facebook group, or by emailing it to: [email protected]. If we love your video and use it, you will receive 2 weeks’ worth of New You Plan products. Up to 10 people will win each month.

4. SUBMIT A BLOG

TERMS & CONDITIONS…

1. You must be over 18 years of age
2. The competition will run from 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024. 
3. You must follow the steps detailed on how to enter correctly.
4. Winners will be notified by The New You Plan either by tagging them on social media, in Secret Slimmers, via Facebook messenger, email or telephone.
5. To claim your prize, winners will need to call the New You Plan. A member of our customer service team will place your order to the value stated in the category for which you have won.
6. The New You Plan will cover the cost of shipping. 
7. The prize of New You Plan products includes meals and snacks. Water Flavourings and New You Plan accessories are excluded from this.
8. You can enter as many times as you wish.
9. Winners are at the discretion of the New You Plan team.
10. By submitting photos, videos or blogs, you are consenting to their use for marketing purposes.
11. In the unlikely event that we do not have any entries for a particular category, we have the right to forfeit the prizes for that category.
12. If you are chosen as a winner you must agree to a second set of terms and conditions that will allow The New You Plan to use your written content and images for marketing purposes.
13. Should a challenge applicant be found to be in breach of any New You policies, The New You Plan reserves the right to disqualify the individual(s) and any prizes or titles will be void.
