Most people put on a few pounds over Christmas, so if you did, don’t worry, don’t beat yourself up, even if you put on more than a few pounds, it is important not to get stressed out over it.  Instead, feel DETERMINED.

Feel determined to get back on track and get back to feeling in control and healthy.  Losing weight and managing your weight is a journey, and it is normal and natural that you will have the odd break.

Success does not happen in a straight line!

What matters most is what direction you are going in, if you are always striving to get and stay slim and healthy, even if you go off track now and again, if you keep bringing yourself back on track, you will achieve your goals and be successful.
