Day 19- Did something a bit silly!

I had a meeting in work and they want me to go to a wine tasting.. I don’t know what I am going to do or how to get out of it!  I wonder if I can just spit it out after tasting? lol Doubt it 😀  This new job is going to through lots of obstacles in my way I thing. As I will be around food and drink all day and will be working very long hours… I have my stick blender I have a stash of products and bars in my desk tho….. Because  I am working a lot more now, and am on my feet all the time I will hopefully lose some weight quicker 😀

 

I was worried I might of knocked myself out of Ketosis!   What happended was I had a bar for breakfast because I was in a hurry. Then I had my soup during the day and a cottage pie at around 5pm. Then I had to go back to work, so I brought another bar with me.. I ate it about 2am with 2 cups of coffee.. Actually I SCOFFED it down!  Then I left work and headed home. I god really bad indigestion and could not sleep, so took some Gaviscon..Maybe about 4-5 spoonfuls throughout the night, as I was agetitated with it. But I only realised from the bottle this morning that it is mint flavoured.. I  wasn’t really thinking straight when I took it because I was so sleepy.. ..I should of been more careful, but at the time I was just so uneasy with indigestion.

 

 

Don’t worry tho! I am not going to lose the plot or throw in the towel 😀 I will just keep going as I am and hopefully won’t of knocked myself out of Ketosis! I am definetly in need of a pick me up today- so I think I will go shopping for a bit of a mood lift!

 

I have been doing my research on what diet I will follow after TFR… I think I have found one that suits me! ..All the research I have found is pointing to a Whole Food/ Plant based diet with no dairy and no meat.. I think this will work best for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and also keep my weight down after I reach my goal after Total Food replacment!

 

To be honest I am not too sure what all the whole foods I can eat are.. I have been in touch with a guy named Stephen Flynn of The Happy Pear- which is a Fruit and Veg shop.  He is sending me info on books, dvds that I might find helpful, and also sending me some recepies he has on file! I will be sure to share them with you when I get them. I am really determined to to make sure I don’t let old habbits filter back in after I re-feed, so this time I am taking the planning for the future of what I eat very seriousily!

 

Anyway, I probably sound more negative than I am..
