Today is SUNDAY!  Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on the week that has past and to plan for the week ahead.

Hi everyone, Julz is just settling into her new destination today, and will be with us all tomorrow with a new video postcard.

SUCCESS SUNDAY

Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on what has passed and to plan what we want to achieve in the next week.  Remember no matter HOW BIG your goal is, all goals are simply broken down into baby steps.  All you need to do every week is take a baby step towards your goal.  Then celebrate your small achievement in an empowering way, and then repeat the process the next week.

 

So whatever you want your weight loss to be it is simply a matter of following very ordinary things a  day at a time.  You can apply this to ANY GOAL, and all goals are easier to achieve when you are fit, healthy and confident.  So let’s make sure you achieve your weight loss goals this summer! Week 2 of the Challenge so well done in getting this far!

What can you learn from the last week?  Remember that if you make mistakes, have blips, or things go wrong, try to look at the bright side, count your blessings and see if there is a lesson that can be learned that will help you to have a better week in the week ahead.

Today is the day that I want you to get clear on the goal you want to achieve for this week…. a number of smaller goals will eventually result into one MAJOR  goal.

Please make sure you download today’s challenge task and complete it.  If you cannot print it off then you can type into it.  Or you can write your own just by copying it.  Completing this task will help you to get super focused on having a great week.  Put your planner somewhere you can see it, maybe on your bedroom wardrobe or on the fridge door.  Please take a photo and upload it to facebook!

      I loved this last week and glad it’s back.

      1. Be positive about whatever might happen at work
      2. Get into that 12 stone bracket
      3. Do a gym session
      4. Do a pliates sesson
      5. Drink less coffee!

      End of week treat – Shoe shopping at Lakeside!

      Focus focus focus I will do this!

      My 5 mini goals this week are :-

      1. Get out walking during my lunch hour
      2. Drink more water and keep a record as I drink it
      3. Clear out my wardrobe of clothes too big for me as I won’t need them again
      4. Book holiday then I know exactly how many days I have to fit into a bikini
      5. Be more organised in the mornings with packs for day sorted the evening before.

      End of week treat – buy the Great Gatsby book, read in bed at night then get to cinema to see the film :o)

      going to Cornwall tommorow for a week, visitng family so this week will be a challenge! lol

      1. keep up with the exercise, plenty of long walks this week!
      2. stay focused on my goal
      3. hit the 13 stone bracket
      4. have fun!
      5. enjoy time with my hubby & family! loads of cuddles of my 8 month great niece

      End of week treat- trip to the cinema with hubby

      Hi,
      My top 5 goals for the week are:
      1. Lose at least 4lb
      2. To walk every day
      3. Sit and pass my exam on Tuesday
      4. Be successful at my interview on Wednesday
      5. Spend a lovely evening with my boyfriend on Friday

      End of the week treat is to do and paint my nails on Friday.

      Sundays Summer challenge

      Week starting May 20th

      My top five things to make me happy this week:

      1) Drink 5 litres of water EVERY DAY
      2) Stay focused while I’m away in London
      3) start looking at dresses to see what style I like for communion next year after I’ve reached my goal
      4) through out my ‘BIG KNICKERS’! Lol
      5) lose 5lbs!
      My treat this week, I’m taking my daughter to Legoland, while we are in England….. I may even bite the bullet, and get on a rolacoaster, which I’ve not done since I was a teenager!

      1 walk more everyday

      2 drink more water

      3 let myself go and spend some time relaxing

      4 throw all big clothes out dont need the anymore

      5 be positive ur never going back to the old lazy couch potato
