The first day of Autumn kicks off on 22nd September and the last of Autumn is 20th December. This is an exciting time of year, and we wall want to make sure that we end 2016 feeling healthy, happy and with good habits that we can carry into 2017.

We are breaking the Autumn Challenge up into 4 MINI CHALLENGES, each challenge will last 21 days, and you can decide whether you are going to do total food replacement, or healthy eating alongside our meal packs. The winner of each challenge will win a LUXURY PRIZE, and we have £300 of luxury gifts to give away every 21 days.
The mini challenge dates are:
PHASE 1 – Thursday – 22nd September – Complete
PHASE 2 – Thursday – 13th October – Complete
PHASE 3 – Thursday – 3rd November – REGISTRATION OPEN NOW

You can join each challenge for 7 days after the start date, and at the end of each mini 21 day challenge a luxury prize gift will be won!
We have taken the best bits from our previous challenges, and added in some fun new ideas too. I want to give you a heads up to what we have in store for you!
The challenge is based around 3 important elements, that I believe will make you happy and healthy this Autumn.

Getting rid of excess fat, and keeping it off is important.

We have 2 weight loss challenge groups that you can join, one for those 100% focused on TFR, and the other group for people who want to maintain, or lose weight by using our meal packs with healthy eating plans.

This autumn we are going to have masterclass in cooking; and encourage you to take part in our weekly cooking challenge!
We will be wanting you to come up with recipes for new you meal packs, and also we will be focusing on healthy eating too to support those who are on maintenance, or those who want to use our meal packs with healthy foods.

A healthy lifestyle is achieved with a happy heart, self love, gratitude, empowering habits, and a positive mindset towards challenges and yourself.

Taking inspiration from the great British bake off, we are going to be challenging you to create amazing meals this autumn.
