Day 22 for me. Just had a warming bowl of veg soup and I added a few sliced mushrooms in. I love that you can do that on this plan. I’m not hungry ever on the diet, but to be able to add mushrooms and or scallions occasionally really adds texture and makes this diet normal, as opposed to other TFR diets that are so tasteless and boring.
