ELLIE MAY 1It was Ellie’s first weigh in this week and despite being amazingly nervous our Ellie had a rock solid result that has set the tone for her second week. She is blasting through the diet on her way to success and is enjoying the rewards that ketosis has to offer. Monday:

Oonagh02At the start of the week I had my interview with the inspiring Oonagh who blitzed her goals with The New You plan and this saw her drop 6.1 stone in just a matter of months. Tuesday:

14-01This was the day of my weekly task that has proven to be rather popular. I asked people plot milestones in their weight loss journey and list the rewards they were going to give themselves for achieving these goals. 16-01Thought for Thursday was all about the type of development and change that comes from growing as a person, I reflect on this based on the following quote ‘The more we do, the more we can do.’ This quote by William Hazlitt rings ever true for our diet based on the principals of Ketosis and VLCD in that progress is very much self perpetuating.
