What’s the Plan for today?
I am aiming to keep the pressure up the whole time now so today is no different, for me one of the hardest times in a diet is when I have free time… the weekend! I want to give you all the chance to give idea’s for what you are going to do to keep busy over the weekend 🙂 I am going to be marshaling a car rally up north this weekend to keep me busy! Ellie has filled up her weekend with babysitting, watching sports and  a DVD night with friends.

I am going to be keeping busy by wrapping Christmas presents!
Good to see I am not the only one with a little early Christmas cheer Samantha!
As usual I shall be kept busy with the 3 kids, going bowling on Saturday with the in laws, sat night is our movie night where the kids get to choose and Sunday I clean my mum n dad’s house n do ironing for her. Then it will be home to spend family time go for a walk and cook the Sunday roast x

i have an Avon night tonight at the niece of a friends house – friday sorted – phew!
tomorrow im nipping into the local market for a browse and i’ll go for a NY stylie coffee. I’ll walk charlie (the dog! – you never know do you lol) and then i’ll be saving a treat for Strictly Come Dancing and a little QVC.
Sundays I go church morning and evening and inbetween charlie gets to go out again 🙂 there’s usually a coffee bar after church and when i come home i have my bar and a bit of telly
and so to monday – aaahhhh!

Going to football training to night plus daughter to dance class, shopping for food for the family tacking my daughter to dance classes tomorrow, sunnday football match with my son then cooking family roast, I will stay 100% I am so focused at the min the slim me is fighting to get out x

I am decluttering my wardrobe and I am also organising my sister wardrobe .Sunday I have to Bring my 2yr old daughter to a Birthday party and then home to get myself into the mindset for a new week .Have a great weekend everyone !

I am off to see a band with friends in town and for the first time ever I have offered to drive, so I will be watching my friends have a few wines then on to a chippy usual stop off at end of night . So I will feel very smug dropping them home knowing I will be waking up fresh and upbeat and not a wasted Sunday with a headache I will be off for a long walk x
Woohoo Rachael – it is so worth it just for moments like that.
Im going watching the twilight tonight, tommrow bring my son out for the day with all my new you products so I dont fail, then a dvd night with him watching whatever dvd he picks. Sunday clean my bedroom from top to bottom then relax for the night before work on monday : )

Have made a promise to myself to stick 100% to the diet all weekend. Going to do some decluttering (working for little while tomorrow)No plans to go out over the weekend so will use my treadmill, watch the Rugby,& just keep busy. Have a great weekend all xxx
Chilling tonight. Tomorrow for the first time in years I am going into town to have a look and maybe buy some new clothes. Still along way to go but I have dropped nearly 3 dress sizes so need something to wear!! Saturday night is film night with me and the dogs sad I know. Sunday I am going to take the dogs out, then visit both of my son’s. When I get home catch up on some work then Sunday evening TV xx

Hi. Chilling now as my daughter is in bed. Swimming tomorrow with my little girl, shopping then off out with extended family to a comedy show- should be fun. Sunday fun and games with family 🙂

Tomorrow is Day 1 for me so I have put myself forward to do overtime at work this weekend to keep me occupied. The extra money will be put towards a fab outfit for the end of this challenge. It is great to know that I will be wearing at least one size smaller then.
