6 Weeks of the Challenge is almost over… EVERYONE has done FANTASTIC… You guys are SMASHING IT!!! The results so far have been AMAZING and we have all really enjoyed reading all your comments! You guys are full of MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION! We are BUZZING with all your achievements!!!! Lets make these last few days THE BEST DAYS!!!!
Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on what has passed and to plan what we want to achieve in the next week. Remember no matter HOW BIG your goal is, all goals are simply broken down into baby steps. All you need to do every week is take a baby step towards your goal. Then celebrate your small achievement in an empowering way, and then repeat the process the next week. Just think what BIG achievements you could make by creating loads of smaller ones to start with. ITS EXCITING!!!!!! As we are coming into the last few days of the Challenge you have to remember our journeys are still continuing we may only have a few days left, a few weeks or maybe months but WE WILL GET THERE!!!!
So whatever your goal may be, whether you would like to go down 2 dress sizes or lose 12 stone, it is a matter of taking it a day at a time. This can be used for ANY GOAL you maybe have. THIS SUMMER we want you to LOSE your weight loss goal.
What can you learn from the last week? Remember that if you make mistakes, have blips, or things go wrong, try to look at the bright side, count your blessings and see if there is a lesson that can be learned that will help you to have a better week in the week ahead.
This is the day that we will get really clear on what we want to achieve in the next 7 days and create an action plan to make it happen.! Hello everybody,my top 5 goals for this week are
1. To try and keep up my 5k daily walk (I managed 4 last week)
2. To try harder with my water intake, bring it up to 4 litres.
3. To motivate my fiancé to go do this diet, he was very sceptical about me doing it in the beginning, but now he sees that I didn’t infact starve to death or waste our money lol, he’s thinking about it..
4. To try some of the veg/tomatoe soups this week, I have stuck to the same products all along..
(Already had the tomatoe soup today with black pepper and crushed chillies oh sweet Jesus less chillies the next time but it was really lovely)
5. To properly look at the re feed guide and be totally prepared for that part of my journey.
My treat this week will be a manicure… 🙂 xx

Having a great weekend and looking forward to next week as I’m going to London for a concert to see Joe Satriani and a night in a hotel, will be brilliant.
My top 5 goals for next week are:
1. Sit my exam on Monday
2. Go to concert in London on Tuesday
3. Stick to plan 100%
4. Drink 4 litres of water every day
5. Exercise 3 times this week.
My treat is having a manicure and pedicure done.

My top five goals this week
1) Drink 5 litres of water EVERY DAY
2) walk 5km 3 times this week
3) break through my next stone barrier
4) kettle bells class
5) Resist the nice treats next weekend while I help out in canteen at class feis

Hey all – so proud of us all!!
My top 5 goals for this week are:
1) Drink at least 4 litres of water (made much easier with my orange water flavour warm in the evening and the fabulous savoury broth!!)
2) Go through my wardrobe as a lot of my clothes are now too loose 😀
3) Stick to the plan 100% knowing that I have a lovely treat (my bars/wafers) in the evening with tea/coffee!!
4) Get in exercise – swimming if possible and continue walking to Grandpas house each night (when there’s not torrential rain like last night!!)
5) loose the final few lbs to have made a 2 stone loss before our holiday!!!!!
Great Goals …. hope they are going well xxx

4)Write and send all my applications for the jobs I have been researching.

My treat this week is to get myself a personal trainer so that I can get even closer to the body I want to have!!! 😀

2, lose 3lbs
3, Get some wedding jobs off my to do list
4, Dont let other people put me down
5 Stay focused and remember why I am doing this!
