I was out walking today in the beautiful sunshine, and got really excited about the thought of Spring coming in, the longer days, sunshine, and that new lease of life that the season of Spring brings!   Spring comes at the perfect time, right after winter, and when we most need it, I am sure you are like me and will be glad to see the end of winter and welcome in the Spring sunshine!

I am excited at the thought of losing a stone this month, so I can finally get to my healthy BMI before Easter.  I hope that you will be joining me!  I made this video on the spur of the moment when out walking today in the sunshine, as you can see I have zero make up on and my hair is a mess! Ha! 🙂
