MOTIVATION MONDAY – What is your WHY??
Dieting it hard!! There are no two ways about it, dieting is hard and it is even harder when you are not motivated or something is playing on your mind!!
Having the right mindset and motivation is key when you are trying to lose weight!
The most important thing that YOU need to focus on is YOUR why??
Your WHY is what keeps you going!!!

We all have different WHY’s in our lives but we are all on the same journey at the moment and that it is to lose weight and be happy in our bodies!!

I’ve been part of new you since February, 11 weeks in that time on TFR.
I’ve lost 43lbs so far 😀
My why is everything, being healthy and around for my children and husband for a long time, to feel better about myself, to let the me inside shine through and be less afraid of putting myself out there.
It couldn’t mean more, I want to be a leading example for my boys.
You are smashing it so far Rozi and great reasons to stay focused not only for yourself but for your family 🙂 I am sure they are proud of you in everything that you do and achieve as are we at new you <3 xxx
I have been on the diet long time not 100% but I have committed myself for last 3 days. I want to achieve my goal and be myself again. I want to do this for myself, gain my self esteem back, be a healthy role model for my kids. Fit in small size clothes.

Started back in Jan although been with NY longer. I’ve lost about 2.5st since then. I want to lose weight so I can get off my BP meds, run after my kids, get back into my nice clothes and stop the aches and pains. I want to be around for my children who are so young so it means the most at this moment in time.

2. I haven’t lost any weight yet with the new you plan.
3. I want to feel confident in my own body again, I want to look good and feel attractive. I want to have the energy to run about! I want to fit in size 10 clothes.

I have been on the New You Plan a year on the 6th of July.
So far I have lost 88lb or 6 stone 4lb
What is your WHY??? Why did I start New You. I started because I had some major health issues and had problems walking even a short distance. Drying myself after a shower meant sitting down for 20 minutes or more before trying to get dressed. I was heading for a major heart attack if I kept going the way I was going.
Words cant really describe what loosing weight has done for me but I can say that my health has improved beyond belief. I’m now down to I diabetic tablet a day. I can walk 3 to 4 miles maybe more and not be out of breath. Having a shower, drying myself and getting dressed is no longer an issue. Clothes I have spent years wishing I could wear them now fit me. My confidence has gone from strength to strength and even though I’m not yet at goal the ultimate for me is being happy in my own skin. Something I never thought would ever happen. I have never really stuck to any diet for more than 6 weeks and even though I haven’t had the average stone a month weight loss, I am still a shadow of my former self. I happy, feel great but most of all healthier than Ive ever been in over 20 years.
You are smashing it Jackie and the changes that you have noticed in your day to day life are amazing and we are here to spur you on and help you achieve every goal you want to while on plan. xxxx
I have been part of New You since October 2014
I have lost 5 stone in weight since I started back then
My why is because I am good enough, I am worth it, I do not want to be miserable any more! I want to be around for my kids and to be able to keep up with them as they grow up, I want to set them a good example and inspire them to be kind and good to themselves, something I am only just learning.
The journey so far has been amazing. I never imagined I could feel this positive, strong, empowered, happy and focused. I certainly never thought I would achieve what I have managed to achieve in the past months. I have become thinner, stronger, leaner, I have cycled 270 miles for charity, I am fit and healthy, I am educating my kids, and inspiring people around me every day. But most important of all, I am happy and proud to be me!
Day 29 100% tfr now and lost a total of 2 stone. Im doing this for me because ITS TIME to loose the weight. Im also getting married soon and i want to be able to at least try on any dress i want and not be restricted. I want to be able to walk into any clothes shop and know that it will fit!!! To me this means a happier and healthier lifestyle.

I started the plan on 7th January 2016.
So far I have lost 5 stone 1lbs and 4 dress sizes.
My why is to actually love the skin I’m in and be proud of how I look and be as healthy and fit as possible to keep up with my crazy boys and hubby.
It means everything to me, nothing else has ever worked for me as I have underactive thyroid and I think I have some food intolerances too as I feel amazing on TFR with no bloating or painful tummy pains and so much energy that is leading me to participate in so much exercise and I love it xx

I started the new Plan in may 2013 and have used it sporadically since then as weight control and weight loss.
Initially I lost 6 stone and I have put back on about 3 due to divorce and stress and just life being really damn hard.
My why is that I want to love me again this sounds egotistical but I keep losing me and I Want her back and I want to love her.
It means everything from my lifestyle to my family to my emotional wellbeing. It affects every choice I make and everything centres on my wellbeing to filter it out to the people that rely on me everyday

Why because I hate feeling hot bothered unfit huge unhappy ashamed of myself
It means I will enjoy doing things outside with the children confidence will be sky high again

Been on plan 17th June 2016 I’ve lost 14lbs why I started the plan is to fit into my clothes and for my self-esteem Been very low as I lost my husband 7months ago I wasn’t eating healthy and put on weight I’m delighted si far on the plan copying well have got used to drinking water I have no problem s other then going to the loo very often during the night would like more sleep but coping well

1. I bought in November but today is my day to start. Too much stress before then.
2. Nothing lost yet but goal is at least 12 stone
3. Need to do for me as I have one foot in the grave only 45 and 2 beautiful girls and a lovely husband.
4. Lost and gained before but this is my heaviest. Very ill sleeping all the time, existing not living, I don’t enjoy food and I want to do this right and keep it all off and see and feel the difference so I realise and believe it and be out and about with my children
