2nd week of the challenge weigh in was -3lbs. Not as good as last week but I was terribly naughty Monday and Tuesday and then continued to pick throughout the week, so didn’t really deserve any more of a loss! I WILL be good this week! I AM capable of doing this! I WILL now TRY my HARDEST to reach my target month loss.
