Last Month we were focusing on You learning how to love yourself!!
February was an AMAZING Month for weight loss all round There was a total of 76Stone Lost in the month of February between 103 people, so many people Smashed their Targets for the month WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!

Hi everyone I have just started this week and weighed myself on Wednesday when I started and was shocked when I realised that I was 12.5.stone not good at 5 ft 1. Hopefully this will get me in gear so that I’m 2017 I won’t be fat and 40?

Loss for week two was 3.5lbs, slowing down for the first.timw. Bound to happen. No.blips. Probably from not having enough packs in the day. Hard with working to hit goal.
