I thought I had posted my week 2 but I see it is missing and cant see my post. That is night duty brain for you. Week 2 of the challenge was a 5 lb loss. Week 3 wasn’t great but a 1 lb loss nevertheless. For the past week I have really struggled with the water. I will do better this week.

Hi I’m updating my weight loss for week two. I lost seven pounds in my first week. I think I forgot to enter it. I’ve lost two and a half pounds in week two so nine and a half in total. Struggling to stay 100% but I’m still battling on.

week 6 weigh in lost 3lbs. didn’t make the target of 21lbs, think I was a bit ambitious with my target considering I have been on the plan a while so seem to have only 2 or 3 pound losses now. But still a good loss of 18lbs overall so happy with that xx
Week 3 but I didn’t lose any weight this week. On the upside I didn’t put on any either will have to make a much more determined effort for week 4!!!!

Week 6: 2lbs loss….That’s estimated. Week 6 and wk 7 together was 4lbs loss altogether but I had no access to a weighing scales on week 6 so I just divided the weight loss in two.
