i always get my 4 packs ready the night before .
don’t leave more than 3.5 /4 hrs between meals .
mix things up – water flavouring in shakes , make shakes into mousse/ice cream / muffins .
add herbs and spices to meals, chilli , garlic, sage , tarragon and paprika are my favourites .
put bars in the freezer , they last so much longer .i like to save mine for the evening .
i love to make rosties , nom noms , crisps as per Dawns you tube videos .
i can go more than a whole week and not eat the same thing twice .

If it doesn’t come out of the New You box…no you can’t eat it!! Really be prepared, keep a bar in your bag, in the glove compartment of the car and at work so you don’t get caught short. Don’t run out of packs. I like to keep lots of sparkling water as it helps with variety. So that I can make iced frappe shakes, I keep a whole drawer of ice so planning doesn’t have to be onerous. Have a blender that crushes ice and maybe an ice-cream maker (available from New You). I like to regulate my meals in line with the others having meals, so for example, New You porridge for breakfast or a shake, a savoury meal or shake at lunch and same for dinner with either an “ice cream” or bar for afters! Make sure you have all of your meals, no skipping, even if you don’t feel like it. Yes, there are times when you don’t feel great, but just be confident in your packs, you are getting enough nutrients, your body just needs to adjust…keep up the liquids!
Hi there, In the first few weeks of the plan, find the dinners and soups and bars u like and stock up on them. I have a shake in the morning, bar for lunch, dinner in evening and soup before bed! I keep a bar in my bag along with sweetener for a coffee and this is what I eat when I’m out with anybody in café etc. I adore going to the cinema with my kids so I make sure I keep a bag of treats for that or a wafer and I get a bottle of water and I try to go when Im due to eat my bar, so I have plenty so as not to break the plan. I space out my meals and tend to be hungrier in the evening so try to keep my dinner and soup for then. Some days I wake up and im hungrier in the morning on that particular day so I eat three of my products by 3 oclock and nothing until 8 or nine. I vary my plan depending on how I am when I get out of the bed. Its important to listen to your body and its hunger and cravings and I find these can be satisfied by the great menu of this NY plan!! xx
