Sometimes the diet is made more difficult because of societies fixation on food and the way that a huge amount of social situations are centered around food. One thing I missed was going for coffee with friends and enjoying a nice iced latte in the summer. Now I make up my coffee in the morning by blending a vanilla shake with some ice and a shot of espresso coffee and pop it into the freezer. Then before I leave it and take it out and pop it in my handbag. By time I meet friends, its slightly thawed and I have a delicious iced latte guilt free!

Have to say its amazing! Plus most places will give you a to go cup for nothing so you can pop your drink from your shaker in and no one is the wiser!
I like to make:
ice lollies with the water flavourings – especially pink lemonade!! Make up with fizzy water too 🙂
Thick ice creamlike milk shakes using ice water and a choc shake in a blender, served in a big glass with a straw.
Chocolate muffin in a mug – mix one pack into a dough texture with a small amount of fizzy water. Microwave for 30s then you’ve got a mini muffin. If you’re really hungry you can make warm custard with another Shake pack and serve together (lot of work though especially if your hungry, but it’s like cooking and a break from the norm).
Crisps from the savoury broth. Mix with fizzy water into a dough. Spread/smear very lightly onto grease proof paper and bake until crispy.

Put chocolate shake in freezer yesterday and had it in evening. I swear I started feeling guilty for indulging until I remembered it was part of the plan! Also it lasted way longer than the shake so it seemed like a real treat
Instant coffee sprinkled in vanilla shake with ice is yum
Other than that the meal plan is so tasty and there’s so much variety I don’t feel the need to be creative!

I love making ice-cream out of the shakes, especially the vanilla flavour as it tastes like Cornish ice-cream. Also I love making the Cookcakes with porridge & shake mix.

I add garlic to my meals, I crush ice and blend it with my shakes to make smoothies and I add either nutmeg or cinnamon to my porridge 🙂

I have been adding freshly ground black Pepper to my meals. Gives them a bit of nice spic, particularly the pasts broccoli and cottage pie.

I drool over my lovely dinner of Spicy noodle nosh or cottage pie for dinner especially when working out,,,and then my ultimate treat of the day a choc bar with Big Brother it is almost a guilty secret,,,,but in fact it isn’t.new way of eating ,new me thanks to NEW YOU XX

I love to pretend im eating something else so for example, hubby had tacos , I was a bit jelous so I made chicken crisps (idea/recipie from dawn) and I put spicy noodle nosh or cottage pie inbetween to and eat as a taco, I add garlic powder n chili flakes to give it colour n extra flavour, I also make crisps extra thick for this meal 🙂

i make the cookakes with nutmeg , cinnamon , mixed spices yummmmmm,
mix in garlic, pepper , chilli, sage or tarragon in my meals,
make a lovely mousse out of shakes ,
but what i love the best is vanilla shake with spoonful of water flavour in – raspberry crush is my favourite so far .
there are so many mix ups you can do with the meals and shakes , i have rarely eaten the same thing twice because its far from a ” boring ” diet and knowing that i get my 100%rda’s everyday makes it perfect for me.

Banana Chocolate shake ice cream…
Mix banana and choc shakes together and freeze!!!
Or put in two wine glasses in the fridge and serve as a moose!!!

I am still learning about the plan but freeze a shake every evening b4 dinner then I have a cup of the broth, a meal – pasta carbonara is my favourite and a big bowl of my special “ice cream” so hey presto a three course meal every evening!

Just love ice cream every day at the moment , made in the chill factor cup ….. Favourite flavours are vanilla, and mint choc !
I add a spoonful of broth to all my soups , it just adds flavour, and so does chilli flakes .
I use a blender to make frappes of my shakes , by putting loads of ice and a little chilled water with a shake pack……. Almost like a costa frappe !!!!
Vanilla shake with a shot of ice cold espresso coffee ( made and put in the fridge for a few hours ) is just like an iced latte when blended together !!!! Yummy 🙂

I love adding the water flavours to the shakes to mix things up a little. I also add coffee to the Choc and vanilla shakes and heat them in the microwave for a nice hot cappuccino/mocha style coffee!
Putting the bars in the freezer and then smashing them in the wrapper with the back of a spoon makes nice hard bite size pieces that are almost like a treat.
I add the Savoury broth to the Cottage pie to give it a bit more flavour too.

I’m not overly adventurous with my meals, but since I learned how to make the shakes into ice cream I cant be stopped. It is delish and best part – guilt free. I’m not much of a baker but one of these days I will attempt some of Dawn Pratt’s recipes x
