I have personally helped literally thousands of people to lose weight, I know how you think, how you feel, how you struggle, and I have been there myself, and yes after my recent pregnancy and spending the best part of year not moving much, I am losing weight again. Β So I know personally the struggles and I also know through helping thousands of other people.

I love these workbooks… they are exactly what I need to set me up for the week π I am back on Day one after a blippy weekend and I just need to focus and keep Day 7 in mind! This time next week.. I will be reporting a big loss xx

I have completed the new work book, and I feel that it has really made me stop and think why I was overweight in the first place and what I can and should do to stop me getting overweight in the future . It’s not easy looking inside and admitting to yourself what your weaknesses are .
I have always been a comfort eater . As soon as things start to go wrong or I was under stress I used to eat more and eat the wrong things . I wouldn’t mind but after throwing loads of food down me I never felt better in fact I felt worse .
Now being on the NY plan has made me realise that being strong and not using food as an emotional crutch actually made me feel better and empowered . The same with not drinking alcohol , I haven’t missed that at all , or the hangovers lol:-)
My most important reason for losing the weight and keeping it off is and always will be my health and mobility . I have no desire to be uber skinny just healthy !
So thank you New You for giving me a new me π
I Val well done on getting the work book completed π It is so true that we often deny many things in self reflection and it is normally the things that are going to make the difference. Keep on track and you will change your habits over time to form new ones that are going to make the difference that is going to last a life time π
my life was a total mess-when something happened i think that was one problem that started me to really eat more junk- my life reallly changed since i met simon 7yrs ago this oct- he and mj made me see there is more to life than eating junk-
i wouldn even marry if i was still heavy-i wouldn touch myself of the way i looked felt-i was ashame to be that weight-now i have more energy more to live- junk is the past im glad i changed my ways- so much to look forward too-seen the scales move now is fantastic experience i never thought id see the day when wanna lose weight for to be married
im just looking forward to kicking 4stone + in july/august

The new me is going to be the brave me, the fun me the happy me. I’m going to be everything I was born to be and everything I’ve always been afraid to be. Hiding behind my weight always afraid of being judged. To hell with that. I am going to follow my dreams. So what if I fall. It’s not the destination that’s important it’s being brave enough to get back up again and keep going on my journey. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Till this point I existed being everything to everyone else. Now it’s my time. It’s my time to be me….

I am living the vision. After years and years of struggling with weight, yo-yo dieting and trying out various eating plans from my teens to my 30s, I finally found something which works and HAS WORKED for me. Initially my vision was to see myself losing 1 stone, 2 stone, maybe even 2 1/2 stone! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I would lose 7 stone and it would be so easy!
I used to dream about what it would be like to be thin, to be able to wear skinny clothes, floaty dresses, nice skirts, nice tops, boots that zipped up the legs… yes you get the picture…!! Now my dream has become a reality and I am living it. Unless you have been in my shoes and walked my steps, only then can you know how hard life was, how uncomfortable it was and how embarrassing it felt. I was truly ashamed of how I’d let myself go. My insecurities about my size and shape were eating me up and day by day my spark was extinguishing. I was regressing into my shell.
When I came across the miraculous ‘New You Plan’, things started to change. Within a few weeks as the weight melted off, I started seeing myself in a new light. I had visions of myself being super thin, standing tall, no bulges and actually looking pretty good. The quicker the weight disappeared, the sooner I knew I would be to my goal, my target, my long awaited dream. I have waited 19 years to feel as good as I do now. I have wasted 19 years trying to achieve what I have achieved now. Day by day my confidence grows. As the weight has disappeared, so too have my insecurities.
I can definitely say that above all things, the New You has been the best medicine yet and for anyone with a vision of what things could be, do not lose sight of this because anything is possible if you just believe. Just believe.

Great workbook Jules! I have been on a diet since I was 15 and I have read every book that was ever written about dieting. Visualization is an important part of the journey to changing your life (you dont read that in the diet books) as is belief and affirmations. This diet is so so simple if you have the right mind set and this workbook is a good aid to getting your mindset correct to do this plan. I have seen some amazing people on SS who have lost lots of weight but I think the main reason why they have succeeded is that they beleive they have found the “golden ticket” to get to goal in the easiest fastest way possible. I also think the key to success is enjoying the journey and enjoy the changes and surprises your body gives you each week as a reward for being 100%. Jen xx

VISUALISATION is so powerful!!! I am always visualising what I want.. its a great habit to form and exciting as you see your thoughts become your reality xx
the workbook has made me realise just how unhappy i am/ was ( i’m getting there but not yet ) it has also made me regain the focus i need right now – i was beginning to waver on the plan ( i think its because i don’t feel very well at the moment , it’s only a cold but the excuse i was looking for to give in ) i have always used food as a substitute for happiness and comfort eating was my best friend . i have become a recluse due to my size as i feel people look at me in disgust . i often used to fall asleep wanting to wake up a size 12 . with the help of NEW YOU and the support you get from NY and ss , i CAN and WILL make my dream become a reality .

This questionnairre made me realise how much weight I have already lost and that my goal weight is actually achievable. I also realised how much time I waste watching tv simply because i am bored. I’m going to try and use some of that time to be more active outdoors.

I have a rule that I sky plus my favourite shows and watch them at a time when I am relaxing… I never watch anything boring or channel surf… when you sit down as a reward to watch shows you love after you have achieved all your goals for the day it is much better π x
This workbook is a great asset to the new me I have planned. Helps me realise why i have put weight on. I want to see my obstacles, before tripping up again. I want everything to beome easier and enjoyable, I have found this when I found new you,nothing is complicated, everything is accessable to me. I have learnt that to talk and openup with others makes my journey enjoyable, but mainly how others need help also is a great motivation x

Brilliant work book Julz. NEW YOU is the best decision I have ever made. I feel better than I have in 20 yrs. Probably look better too lol. I used to be so confident but was becoming such a recluse because the pure EFFORT it took to get showered and ready….well…I just used to give up and decline the invitations. Now I am there with bells on lol…GONE are the BLACK outfits…loving wearing colours….the brighter the better….I had lost 7 sts maintained then put on a little not a HUGHE amount but back here week one done and looking forward to losing a couple of more stones. The difference to my health is outstanding and my Doctors are amazed at my dedication to the plan…but with the help of this amazing wee familia…where no one judges…and we’re all singing from the same hymn sheet…is what keeps me going. We all genuinely love others successes and understand and truly sympathise with the tough days…..it is a journey…but can be a successful one….it is all thought out for us…we just have to add the commitment. Thanks again everyone, cannot sing your praises high enough. xx

I am new to the plan and on day 5- 100% every day!!! I love the workbook and the journal, it really helps focus my mind. The new me is slim, sexy and confident – I will no longer be a wallflower!
I’ve always been a “fine size of a girl”, given that I am tall. I never thought I could be anything but. But now I realise that I can and I will, just one day at a time I can reach that goal I’ve yearned for all my life. This time it feels different because I really believe it! X
This is the first work book I fully completed, and what’s become very apparent is that the new me loves colour, I always wore black or grey, now my life is full of colour, I go shopping and buy colour, I eat colour when on refeed, I now love colour, my hair is deep purple, my clothes are exciting and dont allow me to blend into the background, my healthy eating choices are vibrant and have texture, best of all my eyes are sparkly because thats where I see peoples confidence, in the way they look at life, New You hasnt changed the person Ive always been inside, my character and personality are still kind and caring, passionate about life, family, friends, but New You has enabled me to show everyone the colourful Rachel, who isnt afraid to stand out anymore, I believe in the saying ” If you always do what you have always done you will always have the same outcome” thank you New You for showing me how to change the outcome, forever grateful π

I am on day one and know exactly where I want to be in a month’s time. I want to be well on my way to being comfortable in my own skin and clothes. Be able to buy an outfit without having to try it on knowing it will look great on you and most importantly feeling great in general and knowing you had the strength and will power to get you there.
It is amazing what one month on the plan can do!!

Well, thank you for the new you work book….. Again making me think about what I put in my mouth π I have constantly battled with my weight since my teens, and currently am the lowest I have been since I got married in 1993 :-). New You has helped me change the way I use food as an emotional crutch ! The plan keeps life simple, 4 products and 4 litres and I don’t have to think about food !!!!! I am now beginning to feel proud of what I have achieved, and want this to continue lifelong….. So much motivation, because I feel sooooo good now. Still some to go, and I will work hard at maintaining, as I never want to feel the way I did before I started the plan….. New you has changed my life .

Posted last night but cant see it so having done my workbook I now realise my life is now in colour, vibrant colours, hair, clothes, refeed meals are all brilliantly bright and inviting, my personality is now glorious technocolour, it was always there I just covered up everything in black and grey, as the pounds come off I get brighter and happier, a bit like the New You banners, thanks New You and SS for the encouragement, support and tools to embrace the the New Me, keep up the good work π
