Truly speaking,I am finding it hard to stick to my diet plan,when I did it January,I was motivated by no one else,but myself,and I lost whooping two stones in less than 6 weeks,then my Bother died on the 14/01/14 and that was it, am that type that add weight when depressed,though I have gotten over my Brothers surdn pass away,but the enthusiasm to move on with things that make me happy has refuse to bounce back,like loosing weight,I have a 6 week meal that I bought in march,but when ever I want to start my diet plan,some put me of it,don,t know what to do,but I do know I need help at this junction,pls help me if possible,………Thanks……

Hi Everyone! Well I tried in April & failed.. My excuse is Im laid up with a Broken shoulder for the last 4 months & it will be ongoig for another few months!! No work! No excircise! No motivation! Anyway I am starting again this May 1st with VLCD. I hope to loose at least 1st in May.

I havent been able to get into the plan. Ive tried every minth and failed miserably. I had some of my meds changed which throw mood into places I never want to see again.
