This is by far Ellie’s best webinar yet! The topic for the day was stress… maybe this was why I related so well! The webinar looked at everything from the causes of stress, implications of stress and most importantly ways to alleviate stress.  I am going to be hounding Ellie to do this one again soon I enjoyed it that much.
