SIZE 8 I am coming to get you…

Size 8 I am coming for you!  Am I really typing this? Eeek….

I went to House of Frazer yesterday and tried on some Barbour jackets.  The size 10 fits (photo on the right) but the size 8 is too small! (Photo on the left is me pulling my “size 8 you will zip up” face.  Excuse the photos, I wasn’t intending on getting my photo taken, it was quite a random thing, but I said to Michael take a photo of me in the size 8 jacket now and then we will come back on February 28th and try it on again.  It will fit, and I will buy it!

So there you go. It’s written in black and white for everyone to see.  Now all I have to do is follow the new you plan in February and by the end of the month post my photo of me pulling my “size 8 I zipped you up” face!  I actually told Hazel in Secret Slimmers (we have over 1245 members in SS now) that I would be so happy when I get the size 8 jacket zipped up I would post a video of me doing the happy dance in it. 🙂

This time last year I was size 20.

I have had a gazillion breaks, and holidays, and I have still done well.  If you have a big journey, please don’t feel overwhelmed by it.  If you are really committed to creating a new you then you will get there.  Just break your big goal into mini goals.  Focus on the next baby step or simple action, keep it simple, and most of all be happy and feel proud in every single moment.

In our February weight loss challenge we are challenging everyone to 4 things!  I hope that you will be joining me this month, to drop a jean size, dress size, coat size! Whatever it is you want to get into! 🙂

Spring comes in March 20th.  It won’t be long coming in, but in the next 7 weeks you can really improve your health, mindset and lifestyle.  All you need to do is focus on taking it day at a time! Let’s do this!
