Only 2 lbs this week for a total of 13 for the month, 20 seems unrealistic, but I’m not unhappy. That’s two pounds I wouldn’t have lost if I’d kept on eating the old way and never have to lose again.
BOOM! 3 lbs gone. That’s 16 for the month. Not quite my goal, but I stayed on plan, no blips, I’m enjoying the packs and, although I still want to eat all the time, resisting non-plan items is not difficult at all. I’m pleased with my progress, find it easier to stick to than a more “conventional” diet plan, am overjoyed with your customer service and support, and have just placed another large order – should be stocked up through May! Since I estimate this will take until Sept/Oct (I have a lot to lose) I’m happy I’ve found a plan I can follow for such a length of time.

Week 3 2 lbs weight loss but I had planned blips. 100 percent for me from here in to loose the final weight to reach my 21lbs goal. Dunno will I make it. Here’s hoping xxx
