“Morning everyone, just weighed in and I’ve lost 3lbs and inches too! I’m very proud as my total in 5 weeks is 27 lbs! I feel great and I’m going to reach my goal no matter what!! I have 63 lbs left to loose but it doesn’t phase me one bit as I know I can do it! Thanks for all the support I’ve had.X”
“Day 11 and 12.5lbs down.right I think im going to go and throw out all my fat clothes, make space for my hopefully size 10s.here it goes.xx”
“Starting back and i’m excited!! This diet has changed me completely! I’ve dropped dress sizes and I’ve dropped pounds! I have been running and finished my first 5k last week! This diet defo is a life changer xxx”
“Hi everyone… this is my first week and my first weigh-in and i’m delighted to say i’m now 12 lbs lighter! Yay! I didn’t think i’d do it as i’ve had an extra bar now and then and I haven’t really done any exercise. But from now on i’m going to try and fit in time to exercise as well! Here’s to next week, bring it on! Xx”
“Week 8 weigh in was 3lbs down! I’m delighted with this weeks result! I’d set myself a target to get to below 11.7! I’m 2lbs away and this was to be my last week as I’ve a few things on over next few weeks!! Loving it! Treated myself to lovely big morning walk with heaviest pram in the world! Gonna bust it this week so final weigh in is immense! xx”

“After feeling awful yesterday today is WI and I have gone from 14.5lb to 13.6lb nearly a stone. I am mega chuffed thanks for all your encouragement yesterday I think I may have blipped yesterday otherwise xxxxxxx”
