I am determined to give my diet and exercise plan everything I have got from now until the end of May and created a wall chart to help me stay focused.  I have it on my bathroom wall, I love it so much I wanted to share it with you.

You can get yours for free (no opt in required) and then print it off and fill it in, I recommend putting it somewhere you will see first thing in the morning and evening.  Your bedroom, bathroom or home office!

I have left space on the wall chart tracker for you to add in other things you would like to do daily so you can track your success on things that matter to you! Maybe you want to read, meditate, pray, declutter a drawer, play with your kids and give them your full attention, chat & connect with your partner, have a skin care routine, journal, write poetry, learn a new skill, take a course, etc.

What the wall chart includes…

DAILY MOTIVATION TRACKER

  • Daily Checklist – ticking boxes is VERY SATISFYING!
  • Tick you have been 100% everyday
  • Write in how many litres of water you drank
  • Record how many hours sleep you have got
  • Spaces for you to track other life habits that matter to you

WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS AND MEASUREMENTS

  • Record weekly how much weight you lose
  • The impact that this has on your BMI
  • Your key measurements for waist, thigh and arm
  • What size of clothes you are wearing on top and bottom (In 6 weeks time you could be 2 sizes smaller – get our BOOM Bundle for Meals, Motivation & Mindset to help you!)

CLOTHES TO WEAR

  • Do you have clothes in your wardrobe that are just a little bit too tight? A size or 2 too small?
  • Record a few of your favourite items, put them somewhere you can see them everyday, and then every week try them on!
  • When a clothing item fits you – you can tick it off on the wall chart!
  • This exercise is VERY MOTIVATING!

MY 5 THINGS LIST

  • List 5 things you want to STOP DOING
  • List 5 things you want to START DOING
  • Reading these 2 lists every morning and night and becoming more AWARE of what you should be doing everyday will be LIFE CHANGING!
  • Some things I want to stop doing are: Being on my phone too much, Watching TV after 9pm, Taking milk in my tea
  • Some thing I want to start doing are:  Drinking 4+ litres of water everyday, walking everyday, positive am/pm routine
  • Remember the secret to your success lies in your daily routine!

EVENTS I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO

  • Having events to look forward to is very motivating when you are dieting
  • What have you planned? Holidays, Family Summer Get togethers, Weddings
  • If you haven’t got anything planned, then plan some things!! Call an old friend to meet up in their city, arrange a spa weekend with a close friend.
  • You should always have at least 1 thing you are looking forward to doing every 90 days.  Ideally this will be a weekend or more event.
  • Another thing to motivate you is to think about last year, and how your weight held you back from enjoying certain occasions, maybe a birthday party for your neice in your sister in laws house, and how you hated getting your photo taken.  Simply putting in your events, getting photo taken at neices birthday party, is an event and a goal that you can look forward to!
  • Think outside the box and add something to every month on your wall tracker.

DROP A SIZE A MONTH

  • Forecast your clothes size for the rest of 2015
  • What size will you be for all the events you are looking forward to?
  • What size do you want to be this Christmas? How do you want to finish this year?
  • Every size will transform you and boost your confidence!

MY MOTTO FOR THE MONTH

  • Write out your motto for the month so that you can read it every morning and night
  • Maybe you will write a simple statement like “THIS IS MY TIME TO SHINE!”
  • Maybe you will write up a quote that inspires you like “YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO DREAM A NEW DREAM AND SET A NEW GOAL”
  • Whatever you write, make sure that it is words that CONNECT WITH YOU and make you feel emotional and passionate about your journey

Print off your wall chart, fill it in and then tick off your daily tracker and read your words every morning and every night.  Stay focused on this incredible journey and make it your number one project.  The more you track the more you will succeed!!  Good luck and I would LOVE to know what you think of this tracker.
