Tools:

As is tradition I am going to keep the weekly planner in this blog – if it is not broken then don’t fix it! The weekly planner is going to help you plan and track your day through every day this week. Think of it as your map to success!

The other tool I have for you today is the dream chart designed by Julie Ann which is going to help you plan more long term. I felt it was ideal to share this with you again at this point as this is going to help you get laser focused in the lead up to summer!

Tips:

My whole life, every person I have ever met that inspired me and every person who I have admired have all ultimately shared the same school of thought when you deconstruct all their success theories. The common element is that you are responsible for your own success and therefore in turn your mind, or at least control over your own mind is the greatest skill you can ever acquire.

One sure fire way to gain the type of control you want over your mind is through the use of positive affirmations.  Reality is after all your own self perception of your surroundings. If this all sounds rather complex and too much like hard work, well the good news is there is an app for that!!! 😉 Affirmations positive thinking is an app that will give you your daily dose of positive thinking. Even if you are a skeptic this is worth trying – if you have the ability to feel admiration, the ability to laugh at something funny then you have the ability to retrain your mind!

Tricks:

I can thank Lisa for this one 🙂 It is all about a product that for a while was a dark horse in The New You Plan range but since it was discovered by a few it shot up to be one of the most successful yet. This is the savory broth – The broth is amazing to tide you over between meals! Feels like you are having a mug of soup. This can be really important at the start when you are making your way into ketosis.

      Hi Guys,
      yeah, I wish I’ve ordered broth with my first bundle – little did I know then, but thank God managed to survive week one and in ketosis now so things are looking good now 🙂
      Best of luck to all, it is really great program but I agree mindset is crucial to succeed. As positive thinking I keep imagine myself in denim shorts and white top in July on my yearly holidays in Poland – sun-tanned, light and happy. I’ll post that picture after I come back 🙂

      my tips are old news but il share again for newbies i always select my 4 meals the night before and have them on hand to grab and go if i need to,i also fill 2, 2 litre bottles of water every night and sip on these throught the day and i carry a litre bottle everywhere.and also make good use of s.s. its a lifeline on good and bad days plenty og tips encouragement and most of all laughs .

      i have my 4 a day so i have shake pasta bar or shake&porridge mould they fill me more to keep me going longer, i have my 750ml water a day i try to keep busy if not i lose my mind, but i mainly keep focus on the page if raining, i walk my 1-3.5miles tuesday wednesday saturday and sunday then clean house other few days,
      ladies and gents if u ever decided to give up dont keep at it, its hard i found some days i wanted to pack in, but im now over weight i have found every thing dropping, do it for urself as well as ur family, ull be sliming ur weigh to a new you,
      i was a mazzive 17.5 im 14.1 and aiming for 12stone now, if we can do it anyone can hope u all have an enjoyable jorney and see ye all at the end,
      here is to us all on the newyou plan
