Hi
Can I exercise when on TFR.
Hi Imelda,
Thank you for the post, I hope you are keeping well!.
You may find that in the first week or two you probably won’t feel like exercising at all, you don’t need to just relax and enjoy getting into your new routine with your diet.
In terms of how this may affect your calorie count and how you may need to adjust the diet, we recommend taking an extra product if you are doing light to moderate exercise. If you are following a demanding exercise routine you may want to consider replacing your 4th product with a healthy meal.
Walking is good, it gets you out of the house, clears your head, relieves boredom, and helps you to get and feel fitter. So if you are going to do any exercises in the first week or two then walking is the best option.
Once you are into the diet best type of exercises to do is strength based resistance training, to build your muscle. Doing resistance training, drinking water and using moisturising cream may also help you to keep firmer skin as you lose weight.
I hope this helps and if there is anything else you need please feel free to ask! 🙂
You need to consult with your GP before making changes to your diet and or exercise to ensure that the changes you plan to make fit with your own personal health circumstances.
