Happy Christmas xxx

I hope you are enjoying this special time with your family, this Christmas has been my best yet, Isabella is 18 months old, and although she still doesn’t understand everything just watching her reaction and excitement has made this year so special for me!

I have really enjoyed dressing up and going out this year too, last year I was wearing size 20/22 so it is just great to be wearing nice clothes and feeling good.  We went out for our Christmas dinner yesterday (never ate out on Christmas day before but we really enjoyed it, stress free and no dishes!)

Tomorrow we are heading to Disneyland Paris for a few days!  This is a dream come true for me!  2012 has been a year of making so many dreams come true, from regaining my health and strength, to losing almost 100 pounds weight, travelling to my dream destinations and helping thousands of people to also lose weight and create their personal new you!
