Coronavirus Update
Hi everyone, Julie-Ann here and in my daily blog today I wanted to give you an update with some precautionary measures we have taken in response to the coronavirus.
We are going through an unusual time right now with the coronavirus. It is in my mind a lot and I wanted to update you.
We are based in Northern Ireland, and at the moment of typing this 20 people have been diagnosed but they are traced back to Northern Italy. So at this stage we do not know if there is community transfer happening or not.
It is important to me that we keep our team healthy, keep our customers happy, and keep your packs going out.
This is our plan to make sure that happens.
NEW YOU PLAN TEAM ARE WORKING FROM HOME
As the owner of the company, I decided that our support and admin team should start working from home. This is to make sure that if someone gets coronavirus they don’t spread it to the whole team, this keeps our team safe and keeps the company running.
This will not impact you at all, as everyone will be working on their laptops from their homes and answering your emails, live chats and supporting you on social media. So you will not notice any difference.
WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING PHONE CALLS BUT PREFER EMAILS IF POSSIBLE
We will only have one person answering the phone, so we would appreciate it if you can use email as your primary way to contact us if your question or issue can be dealt with by email.
OUR DISPATCH TEAM IS WORKING AS NORMAL
Our dispatch team will continue to work in our warehouse. All packs will be going out as normal. We have the highest hygiene standards in our warehouse, graded 5 out of 5 by our local council. We have 2 dispatch warehouses, so we are confident that we will be able to continue shipping packs.
NO MORE COLLECTIONS
For our local customers who sometimes collect their pack from our office – for the time being we are removing the option to collect your pack from our office, and will only be doing deliveries.
LOOK FOR THE SILVER LINING
It is times like this that we are reminded that losing weight is not just about how we look but how important it is for our health.
Being a healthy weight, reversing diabetes type 2, and having a healthy heart and reasonably fit body is so important.
I hope that you will be able to stay focused on the plan and hopefully use this time to focus on your health and wellbeing. Remember our packs have 100% vitamins and minerals in them, and they have a long shelf life.
A lot of social events have been cancelled and the silver lining for this is that this might be good for those people who find it hard to do total food replacement because of a busy social life.
We will be really focused on keeping our customers in secret slimmers positive and focused during this time. We hope to see you in our group and taking part in our community.
