The key to success is motivation! Having the drive and motivation to stick to your weight loss journey will keep you on track!

      my mantra is i can and i will… and i did! i reached 8 stone lost and love to jump on my scales nowadays 🙂
      my mantra is in my head and i use it every time i open the fridge and see my daughters delicious foods x

      My mantra is moving. I’m now moving in any way I can for as long as I can and it helps to keep my mind busy and strengthens me too. I feel fabulous now I’m more active and actually have more energy not less. My mantra is my fitbit, it reminds me throughout the day to keep moving, I also use an app called my diet coach which sets me challenges to keep things fresh and exciting and I use them both every day. Xx

      I have 3 Mantra. The one on my fridge is If you indulge, you bulge. Its there every time I walk past the fridge
      The 2nd is true for me in more ways than one and is simply this. Miracles happy but the impossible took that little bit longer. For me loosing weight seemed impossible but it has happened. I found my Miracle diet but the Miracle itself was sticking to it no matter what. The impossible came after as a result of sticking to plan in the form of weightloss.
      The 3rd and final one for me is Simple. I dreamed I could, I believed I can and I did.

      My mantra used to be ‘Take it all one day at a time and enjoy the journey’. Problem was I was having to start each day afresh. I didn’t know what was going on in my mind. So it’s been a while but ‘Just do it’ comes to mind. This can apply to many instances not just weight loss.
      I look at quotes/mantras daily. This helped me in the past and I’ve started again. I use the Internet and post to Instagram/Facebook each day because I believe they can help others too. Not just with their weight loss journey, but with any problem they have.

      My mantra is A MOMENT ON THE LIPS, A LIFETIME ON THE HIPS, this stops me indulging in all things naughty, i have it on a fridge magnet, i look at it everytime i open the fridge to get my water xxx

      My mantra is dream, believe, achieve!
      When I am alone I will reflect on my journey and focus on my goals, being fitter, healthier and slimmer.
      I imagine how I will feel, what I’ll look like, where I’ll be and picture it all in my mind. If I can see it I can feel it.

      I repeat my mantra all the time to help me through tough times. I’ve written it in my journal along with my whys and my goals.

      My mantra is…”If it is to be…
      It is up to me!”

      My mantra is kept inside my head.

      In times of temptation I try and bring it to the fore so that I will not blip! I chant it over and over until the danger passes, reminding myself that I alone can make this NY dream happen. No one else is responsible for my weight loss journey …but ME!!!!!!♡
