If you feel low, then check out what you are doing with your body… and you will probably find that you are lying about and not moving much.
If you want to change your mood…. MOVE MORE!
So many of us are “emotional eaters” – eating from boredom, stress, sadness, guilt, shame…. we can easily elevate negative emotions by going for a walk, doing some yoga, or having a wee boogie to our favourite music.

You do not need to have a fit bit to take part, if you do not have a fit bit, you can download their FREE APP from the app store and have it on your phone, and it will track your steps.
