Julz here! I am so glad to be sitting at my computer writing this blog, i’ve been enjoying some time offline and it’s good to be back! I hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I had a lovely time with my family, Christmas at home and my husband also bought me this beautiful coat in a size 10 for my present!

Then for the New Year we went to Disneyland Paris and we walked over 70km in 5 days! Crazy!  My whole body was aching, my ankles, pelvis, hips, legs…. and I loved it, especially as the last 2 Christmases I have been laid up in bed unable to walk due to 2 broken ankles and pelvic instability that caused me to be in a wheelchair.  Walking around, going on crazy roller-coasters, and running around playing chase with my daughters. 6 stone lighter than what I was in summer 2014… the simple things like that just mean so much to me!We never know what a year will bring.  We all have years that are like winter, and we all have our time in the sun. Whatever type of year you had in 2015, I hope that you are looking forward with HOPE to what 2016 has in store for you.

 I am back on plan myself to detox after Christmas, and to get myself to my ultimate target weight.

My 10 Top Tips to Lose 10 pounds as Fast as possible….*

1. Have as many liquid packs as you can and be 100% on our FAST FOCUS plan (Total Food Replacement).

2. Drink 4+ litres of water a day. 

3. Get a journal and write it why you want to be slim, healthy and happy. Start and end everyday reading your why and write in the journal how you are feeling on your journey. Always stay focused on your why

4. Post in secret Slimmers everyday! Join in with our theme days and have fun! Ask for help and help others. X 

5. Walk everyday. It clears your head and makes you feel good and keeps you away from the kitchen! 

6. Take before photos. Take your measurements. Even if you never plan on showing anyone. 

7. Only think and speak words that support and encourage you. Be kind to yourself. Be your own best friend. Whisper to yourself everyday. You can do this! You are doing great! You are amazing! Only speak words of love and encouragement to yourself and when you talk to others. 

8. Don’t tell people who are a drain on your energy. Avoid anyone who brings you down. This is your journey and you need to stay strong and focused. 

9. Plan a reward and a treat for getting 10 pounds off! Make it something special that you will really look forward to. 

10. Go to bed every night feeling proud and wake up every morning feeling determined.
