[Guest blogger: Ruth] “20 inches GONE! I’m amazed at my 5:2 results”*
*Results may vary. This is not a guarantee
I’m super excited to share my continuing New You Plan journey with you each week. I am using a version of the plan that a lot of you may not be aware of… the 5:2 version. This can be used in a number of ways and today I want to share with you how I am using it and the benefits and results I have achieved.
- I take the products 2 days out of 7
- I take 4 products a day for these 2 days
- I do this for two consecutive days Monday & Tuesday
The reason behind choosing these 2 days:
- I can treat myself at the weekend
- I go out for family meals and I socialise
- I am maintaining my weight
I regain full control and have my products to ensure that blipping at the weekend does not affect my current weight or send me on a downward spiral, which can happen if you are not a strong person.
You can do the 5:2 and continue lose weight. I would recommend the following:
- 4 packs a day, 2 days a week
- Restrict yourself at the weekend – do not blip on unhealthy foods
- Continue with completely healthy eating the full 5 days
I have also done the above as I wanted to be in control and get ready for an upcoming holiday. This pre-planning and thinking ahead allows you to do this guilt free and it’s amazing!!!
It’s all about what suits YOU and your lifestyle! The New You Plan is flexible and helps you find what’s best for YOU!!
I took a before picture in January when I started 5:2 version and I can’t believe how amazing the results are.
I want to be able to share this with you and I am being very brave by doing this. I know this post will be a reassurance for a lot of you that you CAN maintain your weight and not put it back on. You CAN live a normal life, socialise and be tempted the odd time. The main thing is you take back control. The 5:2 allows you to do this.
Just check out the inches I have lost Whooohooooo!! AMAZED with these results.
Life is what you make it and being in control is key! I want to be able to help you keep control and keep smiling and keep that amazing achievement of getting to your target healthy weight and working it!
Until next week,
Ruth xo
