David’s Interview: Tips to a 70 lb weight loss in less than 4 months!*

When and why David Started:
I started the plan on 29th May 2014. I have always been bigger and never been really that serious about losing weight in the past, but after seeing a friends results I thought I would give it a try!
David’s weight loss success to date:
I started at 20 stone and 4 pounds and dropped exactly 5 stone down to 15 stone 4.I was buying 40″ jeans and even 42″ jeans in some stores. I have recently bought some 34″ and feeling it won’t be long before I will be on next size down! Weirdly I have also dropped a shoe size….
What it was David wanted most from losing weight:
Clothes was a big one, the choice of what I wanted to wear wasn’t always an option…
Benefits David has already seen:
Energy and plenty of it! Having a much better range of clothes is a great feeling as well
David talks about support on plan:
The support has been great and have found a lot of people have ordered the New You plan after seeing what I have managed to achieve.
David’s advice to anyone starting out:
Plenty of water!!! It really makes a difference to hunger levels. Also, it can be a bit daunting opening the box for the first time and seeing your food for the next few weeks so just try and take it one day at a time….
How David kept on track:
I have a few ways to keep myself focused:
-If I feel like I want to blip I remember that the food will be gone in a few minutes and I would have given up a few days of hard work!
-Plenty of water
-Buy clothes that are too small. There is no better feeling than fitting into them and even them becoming too big!!
-Fill my time with other things that are not related to meal and eating
What David’s Typically day looked like:
I normally start the day with water and have water/coffee until around midday when I have a meal. I then have three meals over the course of the evening.
David’s fitness activities included:
5 a side once a week and the very occasional run – I am planning to buy a bike….
David’s Prefered New You Products:
I mainly stick to Chocolate shakes blended with Ice, Spicy Noodle and Veg Chilli with extra Chilli Flakes! I also really look forward to an occasional wafer!!
David’s advice to anyone starting out:
You really have nothing to lose apart from your excess weight… Once the first couple of days out of the way it gets a lot easier, especially when you see the almost immediate results. Food was a major part of my life before I started on the plan and now I feel like that has completely changed. I really believe that if I can stick with this, literally anyone can!
