Aimee’s amazing weight loss story, 3 stone smashed in 3 months!!*

When and Why Aimee started her weight loss journey:
I started on 28th April 2014. My sister and mum started the plan so I thought I would too; and a picture my mum took of me and my children nearly made me cry I never realise I was so big.
Aimee’s success so far:
I started at 15 Stone 7lbs, it has been 3 months and 1 week, and I now weigh 11 stone 10lbs. Thats a total of 3 Stone 11 lbs.I started off as a 20/18 (and still some maternity clothes), I am now a size 10/12
What Aimee wanted most from losing weight:
I wanted to feel sexy again. My husband has always told me I’m gorgeous but I just didn’t feel it on the inside. I wanted to be able to fit into my old clothes. Most importantly, be a role model for my children (didn’t want them copying my bad habits)
Benefits Aimee she has already seen:
OMG too many…. first it was my clothes, they just started falling off me. I can walk into any shop now and pick up a 12 and know it will fit, I can not even remember the last time I was able to do this.. I then noticed my nails grew stronger. I no longer get out of breath when I walk up the stairs. I also have seen a huge improvement with my bladder (weakened by childbirth); more trips to the loo but defiantly more control. I didn’t think I would ever say this – but I love my new body!
Aimee’s experience of our support so far:
Priceless. In my most difficult moments and days of giving up, I know I have ‘a wise voice or two’ seconds away’ to help keep me on the straight and narrow. I can honestly say that I am not sure I could have done it without my SS family – amazing men and women who understand everything I am going through and always there to advise and encourage me.
Aimee’s advice to anyone who is just starting the plan:
Join SS page. Keep up the water intake it really does help. The first few days/ week is hard, but don’t give in; the results are amazing! Spread the four packs out throughout the day don’t leave them all till the end; this helps keep hunger at bay. Make sure you measure! (most people don’t but it really does help, it’s not always weight that shrinks). In terms of staying on track, for me it has been the SS page that has helped the most. I also think it has helped not having scales at home; I weigh in once a week at Boots, with my sister.
Aimee’s Menu plan on the diet
I filll my 1ltr water bottle as soon as I wake (7am). I then follow this with a pack usually a porridge or shake. I then aim to drink 1ltr before each pack which helps me to remember my water intake. I aim to have a pack around lunch time, one when I get home about 5pm and then one about 7pm (or I join the last 2 together about 6pm)
How Aimee dealt with refeed:
I joined the MM club today. Already been given some good tips and advice. I aim to do the re-feed spread over next 4 weeks, to stretch it out and hopfully loose my last 1 stone and 7lbs.
When asked if Aimee followed an exercise regime:
No. Not yet. My baby is still not sleeping through the night so I struggle with energy levels, but hope to start soon.
Aimee’s favourite products:
Hmmmmm Spicy Noodle Nosh, Milk Choc truffa bar, Mint Choc shake… and I can not live without the wafers in my life – I love them!! Also, I struggled a little with constipation and the water flavouring works like a charm.
Aimee’s advice for anyone who is thinking of joining or is putting off getting started?
Seriously, what are you waiting for? Follow the rules and you can not go wrong. The results speak for themselves. Say goodbye to being ‘the fat one,’and say hello to ‘the new you!’ The you that you deserve to be.

Super Aimee! looking at your pictures are a real inspiration I have similar before body shape im 15 stone for the 1st time ever and bought my 1st size 18 last week that was the ‘this is stopping right now’ moment im 5 days in 6 pound off and just chucked my scales in the bin ill be weighting in the chemist from now on 🙂
