my tips would be ;
Don’t think of it as a catastrophe, its a BLIP , your human and each and every one of us does it at some point .-so don’t beat yourself up .
Just because you’ve had one slip , don’t wreck the whole day by ” throwing the baby out with the bath water !!!!!
Carry on your plan for the rest of the day .
Flush it out , up your water intake as much as possible to get rid .
If it has knocked you out of ketosis , it won’t take that long to get it back if you stick to plan .
Remind yourself why your doing this , look at your goal, look at everyones inspirational photo’s, read the real stories on the NY website and regain your focus .
Seek the support of ss – if you need your butt kicked , say so. if your need encouragement , say so . it WILL be done .!!! lol.

well done to the winner yay,mt tips are remember why you atarted the plan in the first place dont let a blip become a blop thats a large blip to you and me it can be a slippery slope but do not let ir derail you,remember why you started and focus on that again.good luck you can do it x

BACK ON TRACK ,Don’t let a slip up be a catastrophe, Life is full of mistakes it’s how we learn,Remember how you feel after your blip,NEXT TIME YOU FEEL HUNGRY DRINK WATER,WE ARE USUALLY THIRSTY NOT HUNGRY WHEN WE FEEL HUNGER PANGS and resolve to try not to let it happen again,,,,When you fall off a horse the best way is to get back up on it and keep riding on to victory,,,

Think about what made you place that order, at that time and that place in your life. Has anything changed since that? Remember the only person who can change it, and who will truly benefit from that change is ‘ you ‘! Get an image of that dress, those shorts, theeee bikini that you see yourself, stick it on the fridge and grab a NY bar, make up a cup of broth and be smug about how you can take this time out for you! Be motivated by those who say you can’t ~ you know you will!

My tip is to start it a dray that you have plenty to keep you busy so you have less time to think about it x

Keep yourself busy, don’t beat yourself up about failing, just focus on where you want to be not where you are now and drink water – lots of water it really helps

Start by writing EVERYTHING down that goes in your mouth !!!! Keeping a journal really stops the blipping, but if it’s happened and it’s written, it may prevent a further one !! Take a few large glasses of water to flush it out !!!, and get back on the bike and keep going ……. It’s only a blip , not the end of the world , and everyone’s journey is different
That’s so true, everyone’s journey is different and each of us have different ways of dealing with it….. writing it down is a really good way to try and keep yourself on track 😀 well done great tip! xx
Just forget about it and continue next meal blips happen – forget and move on and if not a massive loss that week don’t worry x

You are more than your past mistakes, and I promise you, you are so worth it!! The best way to move on from this is to think kind thoughts toward yourself and show yourself some compassion. If we can learn to think of ourselves as our best friend, to speak to ourselves with love and kindness, and put ourselves as a priority, it reaffirms that we believe we are worth it. We are all here together, to lean on each other.

Hmmm, people blip for so many different reasons, I guess my best tip would simply be to be honest with yourself and get to understand WHY you blipped. That’s the real key to moving forward positively – because then you’ll have confidence that you can handle similar situations in the future in a mindful way.
Having said that, my second biggest tip would be not to get overly focused on the whole thing. It’s a blip, a bump in the road but not a total diversion 🙂 As long as you don’t use it as an excuse to go completely barmy, it won’t derail you, you aren’t back to square one, you haven’t ‘ruined’ your progress…. It’s just a blip. Start afresh. Right now.

For me I have committed to the VIP group as I was struggling on my own and needed something to focus on.
After a blip, I think you need to put it behind you and remind yourself why you started this journey in the first place. Take one day at a time and don’t be too hard on yourself.
Stay in touch with secrecy slimmers group as they are always a fab support and inspirational too.
