Our June weight loss challenge has been a great success so far… as a team we have lost an incredible 523 pounds! Last month in May we lost 59 stones and we want to SMASH that this month, so make sure you get signed up, it is never to late to take on a challenge!

great video guys.my next mini goal will be to reach the 11s just tipping in and out of it at the moment the scales are saying 12 one minute then 11 12 cannot get accurate reading but hey 11s are calling me havent been this weight since i was 7 months pregnant with my son 19 years ago,I KNOW WHEN I WAS PREGNANT i was 11 stones what happened oh yes life happened but you know what its never too late to change it i feel 10 years younger since starting this fantastic plan when i reach this mini goal i will treat myself to new clothes and i might go mad and change my hair colour and really lose the run of myself xx
Oh that next stone bracket always seem elusive doesnt it!! Im sure you will be there very soon, you are very determined, but more importantly you are so happy and do this ease 🙂

my next mini goal is to get into the 16st bracket , so close and yet so far !!!! I could really kick myself for not starting earlier when i wasn’t well over 20 st. but then again , I DID start and not going to finish until i wake up in the morning and don’t ” feel ” fat !!
my celebration will be buying make-up so that when i’m ready to venture out again -i’ll have the face on too .xx

Hi Guys – been having an up and down week and struggling a bit but trying my best to stay focussed. I have one mini goal to get to 14 stone (5lbs to go) and the second one is to get to 13 stone. I am just taking it one stone at a time and one day at a time xx

My next goal is to get to top end of healthy bmi, 26 at the moment. Not entirely sure how many pounds off to get under 25, but I’m hoping by end of July. I’ve got a holiday coming up so I expect may go up that week and will then need to get back down again.
When I get there I think I will treat myself to another stacker ring:)

I looked it up, 6 lbs to get into the top of healthy bmi range. So that is 3-4 weeks away.
Maybe longer :(. 1lb down this week. This is not a quick plan for me 🙁

My next mini goal is to be in the nines, hopefully within two weeks, celebrate by going to a reunion and feeling confident and fab rather than miserable and drab. Im going to treat myself to a bright lipstick to match my improved grin!!

I don’t want to get ahead of myself and then fall flat on my face, so I decided to aim to finish my 2 week pack and then continue on with the 6 week pack I bought.
I have holidays booked in August and want to feel and look better! That said I have already decided that I will go back on the diet when I get back and lose whatever weight is needed to achieve my goal of wearing a 10-12 at my sister’s wedding in November! Woo Hoo! Cant wait to see the scales go down! 🙂

My next mini goal is to get to the no longer overweight zonex been soo long since I been in this range, like 10 years ago. Its the milestone I want so much, am hoping to see this by end of july :-/

My mini goal is to hit a loss of 2.5st by the 29th June. I have a large family reunion/BBQ that I organise every year and have planned to take the day off plan. I’ve been to many family events, night s out, days out over the last 7 weeks and have stuck 100% but if I can hit my mini target I will get my hair cut and enjoy the BBQ (in a sensible way 🙂 ) and then get straight back on plan the following day to get rid of the last 1.5st and hopefully hit target before my son starts secondary school on 25th August. Bring it on!!! 🙂

My goal is to stick to it…. get into the 13’s again, (and stay there,) not blip myself back up into the 14’s, which is what I seem to do each time I get there…. (Frustrated at my apathy!)
