Hey there,
Can I just check please, I did my initial weigh in last Sunday evening and started on plan first thing Monday. When do I post my results? I took my weight this morning for this challenge but will have to weigh Sunday evenings and Thursday mornings going forward to keep record of my original weekly results and my May challenge results.
Will there be 4 or 5 weigh ins for May? Just wondering if I can post my first weight loss next Monday or wait till next Thursday and do the double weekly weigh in.
Sorry it’s my first challenge and just hope to get it right! 🙂

2.8lb (1.3kgs) since 1st May. Haven’t gone back 100% yet. Still losing a bit little by little. Think I will try this for a while longer as its more out and about friendly, still using shakes for a meal or two where I feel I have blipped a bit too much.
