In January, we kicked off our Transformation Story Challenge where every two months, we’ve awarded £7,000 in cash prizes! Each round, one overall winner won £3,000 cash, while four runners-up each received £1,000.

But we’re not done yet! 2025 isn’t over, which means there’s still a massive £17,000 in cash waiting to be won between now and Christmas.

Submitting your Overall Winner Application

We’ve created an easy online application form to make entering super simple.

Once you open the form, you’ll be asked to:

• Answer a few questions about your journey this year, including how you started, how your life has changed and how The New You Plan has helped you achieve your transformation.
• Upload your photos. We’d love to see your full journey! Please include your ‘I AM IN’, ‘IN PROGRESS’, and ‘I DID IT’ photos so we can see how far you’ve come.
• Optional video: Add a short video clip talking about your experience. This isn’t essential, but it really helps bring your story to life for our judging panel.

Every entry has the potential to win, and yours could be the one that takes home the £10,000 cash Grand Finale prize!

Terms & Conditions

1. You must be over 18 years of age.
2. The £10K Grand Finale Challenge submission deadline is midnight on Sunday 30^th November.
3. You must be holding the I AM IN poster in your before photo (or any previous I AM IN Poster) to be considered. If you photoshop the poster onto the photo, unfortunately it will not be accepted.
4. You must be holding this new IN PROGRESS or I DID IT poster in your after photo to be considered. If you photoshop the poster on, unfortunately it will not be accepted.
5. You must submit your transformation story along with your photos online here by the date of closing.
6. The winner of the £10K Grand Finale will be announced within 14 days of the challenge ending.
7. You can enter the £10K Grand Finale if you have entered any of our previous challenges, with the same story. You can use updated photos with the poster if your transformation has continued.
8. The winner of the Grand finale will be chosen by our expert New You Plan panel, including an independent adjudicator to ensure the fairness of it (more details available on request).
9. If you are chosen as the Grand Finale winner you must agree to a second set of terms and conditions that will allow The New You Plan to use your written content and images for marketing purposes.
10. Should a Grand Finale applicant be found to be in breach of any New You policies, The New You Plan reserves the right to disqualify the individual(s) and any prizes or titles will be void.
11. When you sign up and/or submit your photos, you are opting in to receive emails from The New You Plan.
12. If we do not get any suitable entrants The New You Plan reserves the right to withdraw the competition.
