Healthy Habits to Love Your Body
Healthy Habits are the foundation to a healthy happy lifestyle. If you really want to maintain your new slim figure then START NOW to build in Healthy Habits that will support you and make you feel fit, healthy, strong, happy and empowered.
Healthy Habits take commitment to form, but when you form the habit of doing something every day that empowers you and strengthens you, you really will feel healthier, happier and fitter, and ready to take on anything!
The New You Plan highly recommends that you form these habits:-
- Drinking water – aim for 3/4 litres everyday
- Exercising – something you enjoy and that you can do 3-5 times a week
- Stress Free Strategies – (ways to relieve stress without turning to food/drink for comfort)
- Treating Yourself – rewarding your success with treats that empower you and make you feel better (spa, beauty, massage)
- Weighing Yourself – what gets measured always improves, don’t stop weighing when you get to your goal weight
- Talking / Thinking in a Positive Way – be your own best friend and cheer leader – don’t talk /think bad about yourself
These are just a few examples of the habits that you could form to give yourself the routines and structure to maintain a healthy lifestyle and long term slimness! 🙂
In our February LOVE YOUR BODY Weight Loss Challenge we are asking all our participants to chose one habit to work on this month. Here are some of the healthy habits we are working on…
- My healthy habit is I am going to take care of my skin more.
- My healthy habit is do more walking.
- My healthy habit is to take care of my body more
- Healthy Habit .. walk the cliff every day in Feb !! no excuses …
- My new healthy habit is going to be power walking
- Healthy habit – positive thinking
- New habit: to excersise 3 times a week minimum
- Break gift habit of being a bar addict
- Moisturise every day
- Skip or walk each day
- exercise at least 3 times per week
- Keep up my gym 4days a week
- Start the exercises from an operation transformation leader.
- New habit is to walk to the school to collect the kids
- new healthy habit is to exercise every night
- My new healthy habit is to use my gym membership and to stop making the excuse that I’m too fat to go the’re.
- My healthy habit will be to get back to the gym
- My habit will be walking
- Healthy habit – To stay committed!!
- Healthy habit – to drink the water 3 l a day
- drink 3-5 ltrs a day
- My healthy habits more water and try to get on my cross trainer every night so a mile and build that up as much as I can
- Go to gym 3 times a week
- I intend to walk at least 3 times a week x
- Healthy habit have signed up to do a 5k race on 23rd of feb, so jog 3 times a week.
- Healthy habit will be to keep up pt sessions each week – and work out between them!
- my healthy habit will be to drink alot of water
- healthy habit jogs 5 out of 7 days
- I will drink lots of water and do pilates for 15 minutes a day !
- ive started mediation week 1
- I want stick to the program 110% and drink 4 liters of water plus walking every day at least 30 mins
- Healthy habit will be 1hours TRX 3 times a week every week.
- Healthy habit is to start the “from couch potato to 5k runner” challenge
- I want to walk the dog once myself every day.
- i will go walking every day.
- Started back exercising which feels great
- Healthy habit = increasing running and improving my 5k time

i have comitted to walking more this month and i have extended my daily walk to two hours instead of one xx

Have started back at the gym after xmas (we were all sick) so next step is to create positive mindset. I really want to do this.
Go Tricia! Glad you are all starting to get back to good health again, step by step you will do it. The more baby steps you take the more you will believe in yourself. I am rooting for you BIG TIME!! Please update this post every time you go to the gym.

I have committed to doing a 30 min run on treadmill everyday and some stomach exercises, doing well so far.havent done anything only eat since before Xmas so now I’m going to love my body for February. Bring it on !!!!!!!!!
