One of the big reasons we stay stuck in a rut is because we wake up everyday and go into autopilot;
Staying in our comfort zone,
being a slave to
the same thoughts,
habits and reactions.
If we want to make a real change, we need to SHAKE THINGS UP!
We need to change our thoughts, routines and reactions and we need to step OUTSIDE of our comfort zone to see progress and change in our lives.

Your comfort zone is really your FAMILIAR ZONE.
Being overweight is far from comfortable…
Missing out on opportunities because of how you feel, is not comfortable.
If we keep having the same thoughts and doing the same things, we stay the same.
Once you start to do things that are different LIFE BECOMES UNCOMFORTABLE.
- Hunger is UNCOMFORTABLE.
- Getting into ketosis is UNCOMFORTABLE.
- Turning down a night out on the town is UNCOMFORTABLE.
- Not using food to relieve boredom or emotions is UNCOMFORTABLE.
- Posting your before photo on social media is UNCOMFORTABLE.
Please remember that EVERY TIME you do something that makes you feel UNCOMFORTABLE, you are #winning.
If you want to keep the familiar feeling of feeling overweight & overwhelmed, keep doing what you have been doing.
If you want to experience living life as a slimmer, healthier, happier version of yourself, then you have to be able to face the discomfort and know that by making different decisions, you are taking control and changing the direction of your life, and that is when the Magic Happens xox
