In my first week I lost a total of 9lbs and 33cm!! It felt great and made all the bad days of detox/ketosis worth it and made me feel like I really could do this!!!!

In my first week I lost a staggering 20 lbs ….yes thats right …….20 POUNDS . I triple checked and even went to the chemist and used their machine .I still grin from ear to ear when i think about that first weigh in day and i do every weigh in day as I watch the weight fall off .xx

My very first week was just last week and I lost 10 pounds. During this week I had a trip to London for work and met friends out and celebrated my goddaughters 1st birthday (tons of yummy food and drink). Very tough first week with tons of temptation but I feel if I can get through that it can only get easier. Half way through my second week and starting to really feel the energy kicking in. Onwards and upwards 🙂

Hi.. I lost 9lbs on my first week & felt so excited as it had been so hard for me to loose weight in the last 2years due to an illness in my family.Thanks to the new you diet I am back on track & feeling like a whole new person.xxxx

In my first week i lost 5 pounds,..was disappointed foolishly,,, but do not have a huge amount to lose over the 3 weeks i lost a stone so it all equates in the end,,,

I’ve only started this week but three days in and I’ve lost 5lbs. I’m hoping to lose 7lbs this week. I’m really motivated by all the great stories and support on the blog and the Facebook group! It’s tough but seeing other peoples successes highlights that I can do it too!

If I am to be completely honest , I didn’t have high hopes for my first week. I was nervous and didn’t want to get too excited. I had failed at other diets too many times in the past! Yes I had been on this page and read about everybody else’s weigh-loss , but I was of the opinion “oh ya, it happened for everyone else, but it probably wont happen for me”!!
I had spent three years consciously trying to loose weight (and probably 3 previous to that in denial). I tried every diet under the sun with little success. Over the three years I managed to loose 2 stone and it was HARD. I also have pcos and that was my excuse for finding it ‘hard ‘ to loose weight.
After my first week I stepped on the scales and I could have cried when I lost 7lbs. In the past seriously it took me 6 months to loose 7lbs.
I only need to loose 2 stone , so 7lbs was brilliant for me. Its now day 30 and I have lost 15lbs and I couldn’t be happier. I’m hooked. I don’t see new you as a diet – its not ‘hard’ to do, infact after the first week it became very easy.I LOVE it x

my first week was a 7lb loss my target was to lose 1 stone overall as I didn’t have to much to loose, so I was so happy with my lose as I thought it would be a lot less than 7lb
8lbs the first week, then 1.5 then 2 so 12 so far. Seems to be slow for me compared to others but it’s going down and I just feel better generally
