Aiming for 4lb weightloss
I aim to walk an hour a day.
My habit I want to change is to drink 5 litres a day
To get my hair done at hairdresser

Min of 4 1.5hr walks
Need to up water intake as have been struggling, going for 3-4 Ltd per day until it becomes second nature.

Would love to lose 5.5 pounds which would put me under 14 stone also plan to go to the gym at least 3 times this week want to make daily habit of walking a hr per day . Reward would be getting My nails done hope everyone has a great week xx

Weight loss goal for this week is 3/4 pounds to break into the nines..
Working on having a week 100% no blips.
My reward will be nails done this week, oh and new shoes, def new shoes..
Hen party in two weeks, all products set up and ready for weigh in tomoro morning, suits me to break it down and do it in stages and hey hey still 62 pounds lost..

Last week I lost 6 Pounds , This coming week I aim to loose 4-5 pounds I am starting in the gym tomorrow if I do two trips to the gym this week I will be very proud of myself my reward is going to be a pamper sunday next week , where I will do no housework and do my manicure , tan and put a colour in my hair

i want to start a yoga/ ease the stress programme – got book from library until i can get ny dvd !
am working on cleansing my skin every night and every morning – now that it is so clear .
