Planning is a big part of success while on total food replacement, but also when it comes time to maintain.

This month has 31 days.  What are you going to do with those 31 days?  Are you going to INVEST THEM into your health and happiness?  Or are you going to waste them?

      My top 5 goals are:

      1. Get into the 14s, I’m in the 15s at the moment and think it would be a great psychological boost to hit that mark.
      2. Get up off my bum – exercise is just something that I need to get my head around, I’m going to start small but aim high 🙂
      3. Buy new skinnier clothes – I am beginning to get embarrassed by how I look in the clothes I have, I look swamped! Roll on payday 🙂
      4. Get my dad onboard – I would really like to get my dad slimmer and healthier, he is 60 this year and would love to see him slimmer and healthier.
      5. Be 100% – this is my main aim, I need to put my all into the next couple of months, I want to get the best out of myself, I know I can do it!!!!!

      My motto for this week is simple – “water, water, water, water”

      Hi , I am my goals for
      July are simple , I need to get more than 1s lighter

      I am focused on buying clothes 2 size smoll than I am , a week ago I got 2 pair of trousers from French connection which are size 16 by the end of July I need to wear those trousers.
      3
      STICK 100% on the foodpacks and drinking up to 4l water per day
      4
      I am focused on 30 min exercise per day and walking around as much as I can
      5
      FINALLY I AM 17S I WILL CURRY ON THE NEW YOU PROGRAM AN TILL I

      My body weight 10s in total. I will never stop the program an till I reach my goals, because I hate wearing those big size clothes tooo,, Good luck to everyone for July weight lost

      My goals for this month are as follows

      1. to keep going and see some more pounds come off so that my current cloths are getting looser Ihave just started this plan so a bit of a novice!

      2. to increase my level of activity and to exercise more.

      3. To continue with my goal of 2-3 litres of water per day.

      4.To focus on getting healthy

      5 To be able to fit into my smaller size jeans

      1. Get back to plan as ive had so much time off with getting nearer to my goal
      2. Get down to my goal weight, i have a stone left, focusing on each day as it comes
      3. Make treats for my self for getting through those steps towards my goal, new clothes, nails done, hair done anything to keep focus away from food
      4. Praise myself for what i’ve done so far and think of how far i’ve come, remind myself its not far now till il be at my goal, and i CAN DO THIS!
      5. I have a wedding coming up in august I want to be able to get my dress for it altered so I need to have that as a focus also.

      1. Lose stone for holiday, 100% month.
      2. See inch loss off,especially, hips.
      3. Stay in top of water intake, have a habit of starting good then slipping.
      4. Exercise more.
      5. Pamper myself a little each week, give time for myself.

      my top 5 goals for July :
      1. say goodbye , permanently , to the 16st. number on my scales for the first time in over 5 years
      2.to make the most of the sunshine and leave the house a lot more – without my coat to hide in !!
      3. get to the half way mark in my journey -another 16lbs to lose and i’m there .
      4. be wearing a size 18 comfortably and still be able to breath .
      5.be kind to myself more this month , i deserve to be happy and feel good about myself .
      My motto/Manta this week/month will be :” I WANT IT ?? ,I CAN HAVE IT 100%”

      I’ve ticked off 4/5 on my June planner ,
      only thing not ticked is to ditch the 22’s and 20’s from my wardrobe , although i can def. ditch the 22’s as put a outfit on ( size 22 ) on Friday and my son told me to change as it was all to baggy !!!!

      3. Stick to my plan 100% while kids are on school hi days, no excuses!!
      4. Excercise more, drink more water, be down at least 1stone by end July.

      Failure to plan ……is planning to fail!

      Sooo with that my plans are always in place before I start the week!

      This week I:

      I plan to start the final stage of my weighloss with the help of a new helping of cookie bars 🙂
      I plan to be in the 10’s for my holiday in September
      I plan to prepare my weekly packs into prepacked zip lock bags
      I plan to exploit the sales looking for goal size clothes
      I plan to take each day as it comes

      Today is my 1st wedding anniversary and still no honeymoon because of my size. July is going to be a big month of me. I’m planning to try and do two full weeks of just shakes because the month ends on my birthday so I’m giving it everything I’ve got.

      1, be 100% the whole month with no blips

      2, exercise. Exercise. Exercise.

      3, start to embrace the change and buy colour instead of constant black

      4, keep adding to my water intake

      5, be proud of how far I’ve come instead of dwelling on how far I have to go.

      My moot for the week is. This is a marathon not a sprint. Never give up

      My goals are:
      1)
      Reach a new dress size on my trousers. Currently a 16, want to get down to at least a 14 by months end.
      2)
      Walk the dog in the early evening, even he can do with losing a few pounds.
      3)
      Increase my water intake to 3-4litres a day
      4)
      Non diet related but sort out driving lessons
      5)
      Also non diet related get my EIN and launch products on my website.

      I know some of these arent diet related but it is confidence related and really its almost the same thing since they do go hand in hand!

      My goals are as follows;

      1. be 1 stone lighter for holidays in August
      2. come back to New You and finish diet after holidays
      3. continue with my yoga and get in the habit of going regularly not just when I am dieting
      4.wear a dress to my sisters wedding and rock it!!!!
      5. love myself more and be more patient with myself and just be the best I can be.

      I know that New You will help with my goals and cant believe how much progress I have made already!!!

      July goals
      1.to get to 10stone and 0 pounds for August
      2.to reefed for a week/step daughters wedding & get straight back on the wagon
      3. throw away my fat clothes – no point in keeping them I will NEVER fit in them again – bin bags are ready
      4. Reorganise myself now – having gone from a size 16 to a 10/12 I will reorganise all my wardrobe/draws and make sure I dress to impress this month no more hiding away in tracksuits !
      5. Continue to meet fitbit goals and run 5 days a week.

      My Motto is Smile like you mean it 😉

      Ok In June I lost 8lb .. not the 10lb I wanted but I haven’t checked my measurements yet but have gone from a size 12 jeans to size 10 !! so I did lose a jean size ! Lost 2 cups from my bra ha ha !! I squatted my way through june and hubby says my ass is tighter looking !!!!!! I met my fit bit goals .. June was GOOD x

      1. To be 10 stone
      2. To spend time on myself, facials, nails things that make me appreciate the new me!
      3. Every time I feel hungry have a big glass of water!
      4. Be 100% until my holiday.
      5. But myself some size 10/12 clothes woohoo!
      My motto ” I am worth spending all this time on, being healthy and slim is time well spent!”
      This month I have lost 17 pounds and better news I have lost 11.5 inches

      To focus 1 day at a time rather than focusing on my end goal.

      Exercise 30 mins every day.

      Minimum of 4 litres of water every day.

      Lots of toning exercises

      My motto is “The more you drink, the more you shrink!” (with in reason of course) 😀

      Top 5 goals are…

      1. To feel confident and beautiful as a bridesmaid next weekend… to be there for my best friend and not thinking about myself and how I feel.

      2. To wear size 16 shorts on my holiday.

      3. To not let my weight stop me doing something I want to… to swim in the sea on holiday, to lie next to my friends on the beach and not feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me.

      4. To wear a BIKINI!!!

      5. To run 5K and do my 30 day shred DVD so I can stop blaming my body for the way I feel and take CONTROL.

      My motto for the month is…..

      “The only person who can change how I feel is me… Take positive steps towards being the confident person I know is inside me somewhere!”

      Mt five goals for July x
      1. To loose a stone this month – smashing five stone !!!!
      2. To begin to try and make friends with exercise – aiming for three ‘dates’ with it a week x
      3. To carry on giving up smoking – gave up two weeks ago – have been on plan since end of feb and I now feel strong enough with the help and support from new you to do this – after all it is with all you fantastic guys help that I am 4 stone lighter x so the fags should be a doddle to give up now x
      4. to try and give back the amazing support to all the fantastic secret slimmers that they have given me – their daily posts and motivation are what’s kept this gal on track x
      5. To thank my lucky stars that I found this wonderful plan and my new freinds – to keep with it – however hard life gets in the way and to be kind to myself and pat myself on the back cause I have only two stone to go to get to goal and I will get there – and what’s more I have real faith I will stay there because of the fantastic support form New You x x x

      Goals
      1. I am currently wearing a size 20 jeans and size 18 on top, I will be a size smaller by the end of July.

      2. I will also be able to walk my regular route (with my bestie Bolt) quicker than I currently am and do it 4 times a week (rain, hail or shine)

      3. I will dress up everyday, make a proper effort with my appearance.

      4. I will re-arrange my wardrode and get rid of anything that is now too big…(there is a lot)

      5. I will keep a diary of the challenges I faced and overcame everyday so that when I am having a difficult day or a bad craving, I can read it for inspiration.

      This week’s motto: Three weeks ago, I wished desperately I was where I am now…think about three weeks time!

      My goals are:
      1) To realise this for me- often i believe that my excuses lie in other people or events…. Eg ‘it would be rude to say no’ or ‘it was put in front of me’
      2) I’ve been spending time worrying about others in both my personal and work life that is like to just concentrate on me for a little while. If I’m in a better place then that will radiate hopefully!!!
      3) I want to find the ‘old’ me again….. She’s in there somewhere. I don’t want the same old me, but a better version of me whos more confident and happy.
      4) I want to end July on a high with loss on the scales and a spring in my step.
      5) My ultimate goal is to sparkle…
      This weeks motto is one which I revisit occasionally to bring me back to reality and it’s that you don’t have to see the whole staircase to take the first step 🙂

      1. Stick to the plan for at least two weeks and have a healthy ketosis blip afterwards.
      2. Fit into the size 12 jeans.
      3. Send before and after picture on ss.
      4. Exercise at least twice a week.
      5. Treat myself (with no food) for every 100% week.

      1) Be honest with my friends at Secret Slimmers, I am ashamed to say i have put 4 stone back on following a bad car accident in December 2013. I feel ashamed to tell you this as so many of you told you i was an inspiration to you when i lost my weight two years ago, but i have to be honest or I wont be able to get the support from you that i so desperately need to start again.
      2)Forgive myself, I am not a bad person because I gained weight again although I am making myself feel like I am a bad person and i have somehow failed.
      3) Be proactive, download the July planner, don’t put this off one more day, let my new journey start on 1st July.
      4) I wont panic because i have a big journey ahead of me because that will ultimately lead to me giving up, I will take baby steps, one shake and one sip of water at a time.
      5) Have a mini goal, that wedding in August, the New You Christmas party in November, I may not be at goal for either but i will sure as hell look and feel a lot better for both than i do now.

      2) Start going to “Hot Yoga” classes 🙂
      3) Go somewhere beautiful for a day
      4) Have a “pamper me” day
      5) Apply for that evening course at Galway University 🙂

      My Motto for the week is simple but affective “NO PAIN, NO GAIN”!
      I have lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks and hoping for another few pounds at this week’s weigh in.. it wasn’t without some difficulties and some extreme willpower but I cannot express just how much it is worth it. Roll on the New You Christmas Party in November 🙂 <3 x

      Today is the 1st of July and the start of my New You Journey. so my goals are
      1. to stick to the plan 100%
      2. Walk to and from work every day (45 mins each way)
      3. drink approx 3+ liters of water every day
      4. Be Kind to myself take each day as it comes
      5. Stay Positive
