Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Week 18!


Hey everyone,

Welcome to my week 18 weigh in! WOW 18 weeks on plan. The time really does fly when you are having fun 🙂

Each week I am getting closer and closer to my ultimate goal! Today has hit a MAJOR goal for me as I have lost 2lb and that totals me up to just over THREE STONE from I started my journey! Three stone??? I am in complete shock that I have came this far and I most admit it feels pretty good 🙂 🙂

18 weeks seems like such a long time, however I have had ups and downs, trips away,  my on and off days and plus a two week break on refeed and I have still totaled up a wonderful 42lbs loss!! I feel super proud of myself and I am even more egar to lose my last few pounds and get into refeed and a much healthier life style.

WOOHOO!!!! After my THREE STONE loss 🙂 🙂 🙂 I have checked my BMI and it is now 22.3 which is well into the healthy range category. This is definitely a big difference to the 29.9 BMI that I started with. The gym has now been fitted nicely now to my daily routine. I attend the gym 3-4 times per week then I will have an additional 1-2 classes. I cannot express enough for me how the gym has really helped  with my journey. If I am feeling down or fed up the gym is my stress reliever and it has really helped me lose weight and tone up as well. I not only feel that I am thinner but I feel good and  I am really starting to love my body. 🙂

A few more weeks on plan and a final push and I will be ready for maintaining which I am quite scared and excited about! I just wanted to THANK YOU all again for your wonderful support. I couldn’t have done it without all of your support. ]
