Monday:

27-01My interview with Maria is one I will not be forgetting any time soon. She has a charged personality that will have you hanging on her every word in this interview. 28-01Was my final prize draw for the Tasks in January where I got to give away a unique bundle that I was luck enough to design myslef just for the New Year New You challenge.  Well done to Gill for her very deserving win this week. Wednesday:

Feb ChallengeThis was a massive day for us here at The New You Plan. We had Ellie’s webinar that evening which you are going to have to watch [CLICK HERE] if you want to see a replay of this. We also launched our Love Your Body theme for the month which has seen the further launch of the Love Your Body weight loss challenge [REGISTER HERE] and the Love Your Body bundle [CLICK HERE] to view the bundles. We are going to do everything we can at The New You Plan to make sure that you Love Your Body again this February stating with the first of our Ten Commandments which you will find in Thursday below…

Thursday:

Screen Shot 2014-01-29 at 17.00.26As you are now aware February is all about Love Your Body and here at The New You Plan we are going to show you how to do this with our 10 Commandments to love your body. The very first commandment  ‘Get Out of Your Own Way’ has been specially written by our newest member of staff Melissa Gordon.

This is such an inspirational story and Melissa really gets into the inner workings of a persons mind at the start of a TFR diet and looks at the reasons why people shy away from such a commitment. 31-01The very awesome Suzanne and Lorna present another TFR / VLCD Frequently Asked Question, this is one which I was really excited to broadcast as it is one I am often asked by people who are new to a ketogenic diet.
